So I just put in like last month to rent here. I qualify for very low income. She said they had five apartments coming open! How long did you guys wait to move into this place? Women in front office has been very helpful as she can.

Roger the maintenance man is very kind and takes care of business. If the problem isn't dealt with he won't stop til it is. He's one of the best parts of this whole experience.

Does this Martha have a boss, I would want to thinks so. The vibe I am getting is she is very discriminatory. I need to speak to her boss as well as others should if what I am reading and seeing is true.

I’ve been here since December. I’ve told them about our dishwasher NOT working. I can only use one half of the sink cause it leaks until the dishwasher. IT HAS 3 MONTHS OF WATER IN THIS DANG DISHWASHER!!! I called and even showed them and they still haven’t yet to replace it. Just don’t waste your time money or energy on this place.

I called about open availability and the lady who answer was extremely rude AND had the nerve to say NO to a SERVICE ANIMAL . i have all paper work and card for my service dog and they still refused him! When she said "no animals" I asked her again "hes a service animal and you are still saying no?" And she said "yes im still saying no" I told her I was taking further actions and she had the nerve to hangg up.
What a place.

I signed a lease. Rent was $423 a month on a SSI CHECK. WELL a place based on income called me. So I payed over $1700.00 to move from this place to the cheaper one. Called back to see if I could rent from them again. One of the office ladies refused. I was only there 1 month and I know they immediately rented it again. Because the maintenance man said ,they could just move someone else in since I left it so clean. And I know it was because I broke the lease. But I just wanted to put my feelings out there. Me staying a month and the place being immaculate when I left ,they should have returned my

I wish there was a 0 stars option as this is the WORST apartment complex I have ever dealt with. They have HORRIBLE customer service in the office. Maintenance is HORRIBLE as well. Take their sweet time to fix anything. Not bad on the price considering the service you get with it. I would not reccomend living here to anyone.

These people are lying money hungry fools.
I put in my app for my husband and our two kids in around thanksgiving. I personally talked to the manager about everything that needed to be discussed. I did this before doing my app. She was aware that it was the 4 of us and one on the way. She said it would better our chances. Well I just spoke with Maria in the office and she basically told me we could move in until the new baby arrived then we would be told to move. They lied to my face. They made sure they got our application fee though. The place is a joke. Management is a joke.
