We have a total of 120 units, all of which are Section 8 units. We offer spacious 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-Bedroom multi-family affordable apartments with carpet throughout and vinyl flooring in the kitchen, bathroom and dining areas. We also include plenty of closet and cabinet space. Our waiting lists are currently closed and we are not accepting applications.

Lousy treatment by management being disabled. They refuse to help us when. We needed it to get in to everywhere on the property. We were told they could not afford it and weren't even given the forms to fill out. Maknt man lurking around through hallways all hours of the night and coming in alts without permission. You pay rent but it's really not your home no ability to enjoy your house without management and staff interfering.

Worst. Place. My AC IS out and they wont do anything til the morning. So why would they have a emergency line for after hrs. To call me and tell me you can't come. Wow. Way to use our gov money on workers around here that can't help after dark but there on call after hrs. Lies. There on call to tell me it's TOO LATE.

Rampant ongoing water leaks and harmful toxic mold. Maintenance staff who harass and try to intimidate tenants-enter home without prior scheduling or permission. Ongoing electrical problems-original lead water pipes and electric.
If you have disabilities of any kind you do not want to live here. The management refuses to provide accomodations when needed for those with disabilities.
Deficient parking and ongoing drug dealing/use that management refuses to take care of.
