I lived at The Grove at 600 for 20 months. The manager and maintenance were excellent. I had very good neighbors. Place is clean and quiet. I would highly recommend them as a good place to live.

Tina the property manager is amazing.
She is professional, considerate and extremely nice. Our daughter, a Berry student, feels very safe in the community. The Grove has a lot to offer it's tenants and has a wonderful staff as well.

I have been so pleased with the three years I've lived here. Tina and her team have been wonderful, caring and responsive to every need I've had. It's so comforting to have familiar faces! Sometimes I walk the property at night with my dogs and have always felt so comfortable and safe! Wish I could take you all and my home at the Grove back to Arkansas with me.

Ugly and disgusting place.
My baby spikes a spider. It is worse place.
After we left there, the manager never answered my husband's calls or emails.
The manager is nothing professional at work.
You can't expect anything positive in such a disgusting place.

This is a great, quiet place to live. It is close to two local hospitals and several college campuses, as well as a variety of shopping and restaurant options. The management is wonderful. My family and I moved in from out of state and had never even visited Rome, let alone these townhouses, before we moved in. The management communicated well with us via phone and email. She talked to me about the school system and even warned me about the crazy buses that the city schools used so I didn't panic on the kids first day of school this year. I have never been inside of the two bedroom houses, but

This is an awful place to live. It gets so hot inside during the summer time, you literally sweat. My child wakes up crying in sweat because she gets too hot. My dogs are miserably hot all the time. The “ac unit” is from the 1960’s and they REFUSE to replace them unless they completely break. Power bill is outrageously exspensive every month. $800 a month for a 2 bedroom without properly working air conditioning or heating. Management always pushes issues to the side with anything. They care more about landscaping than taking care of the people who are paying them. Please, to save a bunch

Quiet apartment complex, conveniently located in near Berry College, Redmond and Floyd medical Centers. Issues that may arise are quickly handled through the property manager and the repair staff. Pricey with new rent.

I lived here for a year and really enjoyed it. Tina is a great landlord. She was personable and gracious, always available to answer questions. The apartments were nice, clean, and quiet. My only "complaint" was that the pool was only open if they had a lifeguard but they never really had one haha. Anyway, I loved the apartments and it looks like their look has been revamped since I was there and they're even nicer now.
