I inherited my
Great Grandmothers Amethyst/Silver ring.
Very much sentimental value to me, it is also My Birthstone.
I wanted to wear it , but was too afraid to Lose the Gorgeous stone because one of the prongs was worn down and not holding in the stone , it was Lose.
I chose this Jeweler because the Location was the closest.
My Ring has an
Antique Silver setting
and had to be handeled with care.
I was assured the Prong could be rebuilt to hold the stone tight and secure.
The Jeweler also resized the ring to fit my finger.
I was asked to pick up ring in a weeks time.

I have been doing business with them for about 7 years now and let me tell you I have by far had the best experience here out of all the many jewelry stores I have been to! After that long of doing business with them and getting a lot fixed I decided to have them make me a custom pendent that I’ve been thinking about for some years now. Came in with a rush job for a ring resizing! Anna and Jeff did a fantastic job of sizing my finger and evaluating the best options for my size and finger shape. I had my ring back in 4 hours, perfectly sized and gleaming! I’ve never been happier at a jeweler. I came in earlier this year (2020) and met Jeff and Anna for the first time. I needed a custom pendant made using a special stone that I already had, for my girlfriend. Jeff and Anna took their time with me, and helped me design it; helping me pick out loose diamonds to add to the pendant and designing the orientation of them, choosing 14K gold and the bale, and also sketching how the pendant would look completed, prior to starting on it (I met them a second time for approval of the design). We took my husband's poor, battered wedding band to Whidbey Jeweler and they worked wonders rounding the band, securing the diamond, and smoothing the rough edges which gave him a much better fit. 31 years of wear and tear takes it toll. I have been here a few times to get rings cleaned and have never before been charged. Yesterday I was in the area so I decided to stop in to get my antique engagement ring cleaned. She asked if I had purchased the ring from the store and upon telling her no she said that there is a ten dollar fee to get the ring "inspected" and cleaned. Since I was there already I paid the fee, but this turned me off from returning to begin with. What an amazing experience! While spending a weekend on Whidbey to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, my husband surprised me by taking me to Whidbey Jewelers to pick out a new ring! I contacted Whidbey Jewelers on a Monday evening through Facebook messenger as I knew they were closed. On Tuesday, I received a call and follow up message from Anna. I wanted a custom designed pendant for my wife's Christmas present. Anna was great to work with. She's very detailed oriented, thoughtful and communicative. After trading a few emails with photos, we agreed upon a design and price. Just a few days later, the custom piece was made and ready as promised. In all the years that I have been frequenting jewelry stores, Whidbey Jewelers has the uniqueness and creativity that sets them apart. You won't find your ring on anyone else's finger!! The craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding! I took an old pavé ring in for replacement of 3 missing stones. The Jeweler worked well past store closing hours on it, found 17 more loose stones and some hardware issues. Their pricing is extremely fair, and they were very open to our needs. Their customer service is personal, and very focused on ensuring we received the utmost care.

I brought my watch in to be expanded and, while the work was speedy, the guy had the nerve to start making wisecracks about my weight! So, if you want fast service with a generous helping of inappropriate and unprofessional comments, by all means come here. I, however, will be going to a more professional jeweler and never come back to this store.

My Husband and I took my ring to Whidbey Jeweler to see if they could resize it. We were leaving town in a few days and not only did they resize it for me by the next day, they tightened my diamonds and my ring turned out beautiful!!! They were honest and did an amazing job!!! I couldn't be happier with the exquisite work that Jeff did on my solitaire and wedding band. This is my 2nd time and in a row I've done business with them. And again, perfect work!!! Great price!!! They've sized down my two side bands from a 7 to a 5 1/2. Every diamond looks and feels secure. I wear my diamonds almost everyday, so they know I need very durable stuff my opinion, they are the best. Love love!! I'd wanted to change the design of my wedding set for years, and wanted a reputable and independent jeweler to do the work -if possible. I took it to Whidbey Jewelers as they've been here on the island a long time as well as they are an independent business - not a jeweler chain.
Not thinking - but hoping the changes I wanted could be done, I was more than surprised when Anna told me the design change could be done, and the cost was so reasonable!
