Our full-time Goldsmiths have over fifty years of combined experience and are highly skilled in all aspects of jewelry repair and custom creations. At Gerald's, repairs are done on site. Our bench jewelers are equipped with the latest tools and high tech equipment for state of the art repair and restoration.
The word carat derives from the word carob, a Mediterranean seed, which has an extremely consistent weight for measuring. The greater the carat weight, the rarer, and more valuable the diamond becomes. Five metric carats weighs exactly 1 gram. Some people want the largest diamond possible.

Every year, Gerald's Jewelry travels nearly 10,000 miles to hand select diamonds in Antwerp for our customers back in Oak Harbor. With our connections overseas, we are able to cut out the middleman, and save money in the process. I needed to replace a stone and have the white gold touched up. Service was done in a fair amount of time and my ring came back beautiful! Costumer service was great! And the employees are very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend them.

I'm super happy with my experience at Gerald's. I'd walked in on a whim while shopping for wedding bands and they happened to have the exact style I was looking for in my exact size, considerably higher quality and comparable price to what I was finding online with a lot of research.
After my wedding, they soldered it to my engagement ring for free and even replated my engagement ring and shined everything up. It looks beautiful now. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Can't recommend Gerald's enough. And they do a nice military discount!

My wedding ring needed to be fixed and I was leaving the country in less than a week. Geralds jewelers went over and above to get my ring finished before I left the country so that I could wear it. They’ve always been professional, friendly, understanding and their work is of the highest quality. I will never go somewhere else for my jewelry needs.

Gerald's has been our jeweler for over 20 years. The staff there have always been very professional and friendly. I have never had any trouble the few times I've needed something repaired that was still under warranty. Best jeweler on the island, hands down.

Lost my ring. Wife called in and they said since it’s been less then a year they would replace it for me. Best customer service i have ever ran it to! Also remember picking out my wife’s ring they were very helpful and listened to what I was looking for. Highly recommend going to Geralds. If you don’t you’ll regret it
