How often should I clean my jewelry? Professional cleanings are recommended at least twice a year and are always done free-of-charge. We encourage you to bring your jewelry back to us for servicing. Our staff is knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of jewelry care, including cleaning gemstones, restringing pearls and all aspects of repair and maintenance.
Charles Fine Jewelry is Skagit Valley's premier jewelry repair shop. Our on-the-premises workshop is an efficient and unique feature not offered by most franchise stores. Repairs are completed just inside our showroom which will ultimately save you time and money. Our workshop allows us to repair, re-make, reset, and renovate almost any piece of jewelry without it ever leaving our store.
We advise to have your fine jewelry inspected and cleaned at least once a year. Charles Fine Jewelry is pleased to offer free professional cleaning to all of our customers. Damaging particles such as gunk, oil, dirt and germs build up over time which dulls the luster and shine of jewelry. A regular cleaning and professional inspection is one of the best things you can do for your jewelry.

I brought my grandmother’s wedding set in to get sized. They did a full evaluation and it needed some work. They did a wonderful job and our hearts are filled with joy. A big big thank you to Robin and Charles Fine Jewelry!!!! I went into Charles with the intent that I would likely go to all the jewelers in town to see if I couldn’t find the perfect ring design not figuring I… would find it at my first stop. Not only did I find my dream ring but the service was above and beyond my expectation!!!! I found the ring that I loved and on a separate ring found the band design I loved. Of course it couldn’t have all came as one. Robin was phenomenal and offered to customize it combining the two to give me my perfect ring. I don’t know any other

My fiancé and I walked in one Saturday afternoon and there was a blonde lady who seemed nice but we both felt like she was impatient and didn’t really want to help us even though we were the only customers there. I asked her if she sold men’s chains and she immediately responded that they “only sold precious metals” and that we could find it at Kohl’s or Fred Meyer. Why would we have walked into a fine jewelry store if we weren’t looking for precious metals? She added that they could order chains from their store but proceeded once again that we’d have better luck at a Fred Meyer

From help with a special charm, to a watch for my husband (note they didn’t sell in store and helped me out BIG) and always offering to keep my wedding ring clean.
