We are a transportation carrier and these people will sound so professional and polite when they are desperate for you to move a load , but be ready afterwards!!!
They don’t reply emails.
They promise payment and don’t deliver on time.
They will use profanity towards you if you call to follow up on the status of payment .
This is a horrible company to do business with .
We dealt with Tylor and Robert and these are “the leaders” ……
Just horrible !!

We worked with this company for more than a year , on a weekly basis and I can say it is one of the best!!! We never had any issues with the loads , or payment ...so, please do not classify them just based upon ONE experience . Read more than one review and also read to see how many times do those people worked with them .
I highly recommend this company . The brokers are honest , you get your money on time , loads have decent money in it ...IT IS A WIN WIN FOR EVERYONE !!!

Really one of the worst experience I’ve ever had! They don’t pay detention, unprofessional, they are not interested to resolve problems with delivery .
“I am in Florida ,delivery in Illinois you have mo ways to figure out and push receiver to unload you I can’t do nothing , and we will not pay you detention this is produce load” —— this was answer on my question appointment at 6 am arrived at 5 am now 10 am and not in a door yet .

Truck must/ Driver must/ NO LAYOVER AND NO DETENTION WILL BE PAID / CARRIER WILL BE CLAIMED / PATHMARK DOES NOT PAY A TRUCK

I am a carrier, a pretty fair and organized carrier, with good relations with everyone. I never really ever do this even, but I had to write this review incase someone comes to check out the reviews and read them before booking a load. If you intend to book a load, please don't, they might not be the worst, but they surely are contenders for it. This is probably my first or second review I ever wrote, so trust me when I say, do not book a load with these people, you will get in trouble. If you need some help from them, for a pickup or a delivery, you should know that you won't get any help

Pathmark is a very abusive company, i had a layover i needed to get paid , and i emailed them 2 days in a row without an answer so i did decided to call and ask for it! John was the guy who picked up , he was rude unprofessional, hang up the phone on me , told me i am hustling him though i am just calling to get an answer on my layover, that's why John we got tongs to speak ,that's why we use phones , to do business, to communicate ! very sorry you cant do that! wont use going forwards, very unpleasant company! you John should learn how to be respectful , at the end of the day you got a mother

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Booked a load with Pathmark on 7/20/2021 and it was a smooth shipment. My driver had to wait for 3 hours at the delivery and when I called in to ask for detention, they took care of it right away over the phone. Looking forward to more loads with Pathmark.
