If you upset one of their drivers, be on the lookout for the finger! Very unprofessional. I emailed over a week ago explaining I wanted to discuss the issue with the driver. I guess they don't care their drivers make them look bad. Yeah. I am just one person; and, likely won't hurt their business; however, they gave me a very bad taste and I will be as vocal against them if I ever hear their name suggested for business as I can.

Like another reviewer from a month ago, I called and left a voicemail but yet to get a call back. I went ahead and did an intelliapp application and still no response. Driver pulse says they received my application 5 days ago and my status was changed 3 days ago. No information on what my status was changed to and zero communication.

I feel like this is a very good company to work for but I have to say my experience the few weeks I was there was that my driver manager acted like it was such a problem to communicate with customer service. My biggest issue was when I had a family issue and was home with a load he acted as if it hurt to just get load rescheduled for the next day, I mean they express about family etc....so I figure he would understand. As far as upper management, recruiting, safety etc...I couldn't have ask for better people to be working for but DM Billy really piss me off....being a single parent with older parents
