Contacted Elite Comfort Systems to do an annual service on our air conditioning unit. Elite came as promised and performed an excellent job. Alex was out technician. Our air conditioner went out on Saturday. And it was a three day holiday weekend. Right in the middle of a heat wave. And the upcoming week showed NO sign of relief from the sun monster. I have called Elite on Sunday evening, hoping to get service out on Tuesday. To my surprise, Vic was available on Monday (Labor Day) and came out to fix the problem early morning.
He was very helpful, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He arrived right on schedule and got the job done.
I truly appreciate his honest business and being straight up front with us.

Robert and Alex showed up to the service call in a timely manner. Alex did most of the servicing, he explained what he was doing and based on the age of the unit and what he observed, gave us his recommendations for servicing and repair. Of course our unit was on its best behavior when they got there but Alex explained how the furnace and AC Unit work in tandem and what may have potentially made the crazy sounds. He was very fourth coming with educating us and answering our questions.

Kieanta came to service our AC today in Brentwood, CA. Hes a super cool dude with a ton of knowledge about how our AC unit works. He takes his time to help explain all of his processes thoroughly, and even takes the time to show you exactly how the units hes installed work and what they do.
Most of the time when you have your AC serviced, you dont get a full run down on what was the exact issue, and how that issue was resolved. With Kieanta, everything was full transparent and got to learn a thing or two about ACs! Also, always nice to have local people working for a local company.

Best Company ever. Our whole family loves Victor from Elite Comfort Systems. We were stuck in 100 degree heat with no A/C and were told it would be three days before anyone could come. Victor called the next morning and was out the same day and fixed everything. He never gave up. Super polite and a hard worker. The Kraeber family only uses Elite!!

Kieanta was very professional, honest, and very thorough. He walked us through the entire process of what was needed to repair my air conditioner. He got my system up and running in less than an hour.
We signed up for the company's service plan, which is very reasonable compared to other companies we had spoken to prior in the week.

I couldn't be happier with Elite Comfort Systems!
Of course my AC decided to break down in the middle of a heat wave and the raging California fires.
Robert did an excellent job fixing our AC. He was on time, fast, and knowledgeable. I can't think of a single thing to improve on.
I'm now sitting in my nicely air conditioned house while the nasty smoke remains outside. Our lungs thank you!

My air went out in mid May 2020. I was dealing with my home warranty company that landed up denying the claim rightfully. My entire air conditioning unit needed to be replaced. We were fortunate to find Elite Comfort Systems. I needed to have a defective Carrier Infinity WiFi Thermostat replaced under Carrier's 10 year parts warranty. Joe Marhx from Elite Comfort Systems arrived on time and was able to diagnose the issue with the Thermostat. Joe was able to obtain and install the new Thermostat the same day at a reasonable price. Our AC went out one hot June night. I called Elite the next morning & was able to get an appointment for that afternoon. Victor arrived on time. I was expecting to have to replace the entire unit, it's 20 years old. Victor found that the motor needed to be replaced. Instead of spending thousands $$, I only had to pay hundreds. My system works perfectly now. Thank you Victor! I highly recommend this company. They are the only HVAC team I would ever use.

We have used Elite for the last few years and they take very good care of their customers. Honest work, good prices. I needed to have a part replaced in my system. Elite went over pricing from the low end to high end of cost. The tech directed me to the lower cost part, instead of the higher end part. I have worked with other HVAV companies that try to do a wallet biopsy. I have never received that treatment from Elite. The company is local and very reputable. I would always recommend them, hands down.

Yesterday my AC went out and I convinced myself that it was going to work again. By 5:00 it was clear the house wasn't getting cooler. I called Elite and within fifteen minutes a technician was at my house! Victor fixed the problem and the price was fair and reasonable. Very professional and responsive.
