The Behavioral Wellness Clinic helps people struggling with anxiety, trauma, and depression. Our excellent team of caring mental health professionals are here for you. We provide psychotherapy and counseling to help people experiencing the pain and distress of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Our skilled and caring clinicians help people move past trauma to begin enjoying life again and regain hope for the future.

We offer the New England OCD Institute for the provision of effective short-term treatments for obsessive-compulsive disorder and related conditions. We also provide training and supervision for therapists worldwide. Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy can break through depression and provide new insights, helping people move forward as happier and healthier individuals.
Services
Dr. Monnica T. Williams is board-certified licensed clinical psychologist and the Clinical Director of the Behavioral Wellness Clinic in Mansfield, CT. She provides individual psychotherapy as well as consultation, supervision, and training to clinicians for empirically-supported treatments.

She trains clinicians in exposure and ritual prevention (Ex/RP), prolonged exposure (PE), behavioral activation, functional analytic psychotherapy (FAP), and cultural competence.She also provides consultation and treatment nationwide, including the use of tele-therapy. She is licensed in Connecticut, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ontario, and also holds an Interjurisdictional Practice Certificate (IPC).
Naishay Blackwell is a second year graduate student at Southern Connecticut State University (SCSU) in their Marriage and Family Therapy program. Supervised by Julian Finnegan, MFT, Naishay works with children and teens with behavioral issues and people of all ages with mood disorders, anxiety, and problem behaviors.
Susan is a psychotherapist and spiritual counselor, licensed in New York and Connecticut. She has a Master's Degree in Social Work from Columbia University, and a Master of Divinity degree from Union Theological Seminary. She also holds Creative Art Therapies Certification from The New School for Social Research and Prepare/Enrich Certification for work within romantic relationships.
Donna Brice received her B.A. in English Literature from the University of St. Joseph and an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Central Connecticut State University. She has specialized training in Exposure and Ritual Prevention for OCD. As a certified Grief Recovery Specialist, she is familiar with experiences of grief and loss and understand how these experiences can affect relationships.
D., is a visiting therapist at the Behavioral Wellness Clinic, working under the supervision of Dr. Monnica Williams. She earned her doctorate from Spalding University in Louisville, KY. She completed her predoctoral internship at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNC-C), and will go on to complete a postdoctoral fellowship there as well.
