It’s been months and they haven’t fix walls that got destroyed by a broken pipe during the freezing on feb, the a/c broke and they don’t have personal to repair it, they change of manager every 6 months. Besides that I like the place.

Currently there's no leasing agent or maintenance person in the office. It's been shut down at least a week. I have leaking pipes from under the sink and from the washer hook up. The cabinets are old and the bathroom cabinet has water damage and is falling apart. The shower doesn't work in the guest bathroom and the pipes are rusted or mildewed in both bathrooms and washer hookup. The heater blows out cold and hot air at the same time. I reported leaking pipes and broken shower last month, no response

New Management has done wonders! We've had new management here for a few months and they seem to be doing a really great job. Every time something goes wrong the manager is really nice and always says it will get taken care of. There may have been some bigger issues in the past but it all seems to going MUCH better than before. They're changing the landscape and the exterior and its starting to really look a lot better! I would Definitely recommend this place to other people.. It's close to shopping and is really affordable!

Very poor support. They need to close up shop. All they want is your money. Avoid at all costs. If somehting goes wrong with your computer, just go buy a new one.
