When we first made contact with blue ribbon realty to begin the search for a new house I told them of our problems with our current real estate company. We had been dealing with black mold for months and it was starting to affect our health. The move in was fast and simple the paperwork was done in a very timely manner and the office staff had no problem explaining some of the things with the documents that I didn't understand. Maintenance has been so cool 😎 all of my work orders have pretty much been done within 24 to 48 hours of making them. All of the maintenance men are wonderful at explaining

They don’t deserve to have the word “management” in their name. They don’t manage tenant issues and never hold themselves accountable for their mistakes. And definitely never an apology if they’re in the wrong.
We are renters and have had several problems that needed immediate attention. Over the past year, they have lost two of our maintenance requests, lied about completing a job to the owner (that was never completed), and left us without a washing machine (for our family of four) for nearly a month…during the holidays!!! Also, for many of the problems, we were stuck coordinating

The employees are always friendly.
That said, the company has changed names several times, likely in an attempt to lose their bad reputation and reviews. I've been charged fees by mistake before and had them multiply because nobody was in the office to help. I frequently have issues with them, they have changed systems several times and I'd not recommend the place.
