My car needed repairs after hitting something in the road during a heavy rain storm.
Acme appraised the damage and had parts ordered right away. Upon receiving the parts, they had my car repaired, painted and ready for pick up within a weeks time. Not only that, they vacuumed it out, too.
The front desk people were pleasant and helpful and thoughtful.

Acme Auto body is a very professional and legit company.I visited many local auto body shops in my area and Acme Auto Body was the best I came across based on their professionalism,friendly and comfortable environment and how courteous the staff were to me as a customer.I got into an accident where I wasn't at fault and they made the body damage look as if nothing happened.The paints blends so smooth an seamless like a new car.In fact the right side of my car looks even better than it was with a fresh new headlight:) When I dropped my car of to get fixed,Acme Auto Body also provided me a connection

Call them to get my 1990 Ford Mustang LX 5.0 painted. I figured it would be cheap because it's already primed and a small car but they wanted $2,500 to paint my car gunmetal Gray. Which I thought was kinda ridiculous. I will definite find another place to get it painted. Unless your insurance covers the paint or damage I would find another place to go first if I was you......

My brand new car was rear ended on July 19th and sent to Acme after it was appraised.
Not only did they take great care of my car, they took great care of me and worked perfectly in sync with my insurance company. The office staff was amazing as was everyone who worked on my car.
I got my car back , LOOKING FLAWLESS and the very next day got hit while parked , on what was already a difficult week for me.
To say that the owners and office staff have gone out of their way to take care of my car and also show me compassion, is an understatement. I&apos

My cousin is service manager at a large local dealership and recommended Acme when I was in need of some body work. I'm glad he did. The estimate was reasonable, turnaround was quick, the work looks great, and the office staff was helpful. Highly recommended. Oh yeah, and they washed and vacuumed the car too! Nice touch.

I was happy with the work I had done here. I had my rear bumper replaced here after a minor collision. The quality of work was good: the new bumper looks great, and Acme did a great job cleaning up the car afterwards. Looked as good as new.
They were timely: estimated it would take two days, and I got my car back two days later. They also didn't try to sell me any additional repairs, which was nice.
Only downside was customer service, which was mediocre. A reviewer below said it seems like they've gotten really busy and stopped caring - I got the same impression in their shop. They

No doubt, 5 stars. This is my second time using them for body repairs on my BMW X5. I have to say, one of the most honest shops around. Especially driving a foreign car, many shops will try to get you on repair prices! The shop only had my car for two days, as promised. Other shops fall short in turn around times. What was a headache for me, because it was a hit and run accident turned into an easy, smooth fix and another great experience! These guys know what they are doing, and take care of you!

I've used Acme three times over the last 10 years. The first two times were great. The most recent, not so much. I got the feeling that they were busy enough and just didn't care as much anymore. It took a couple return trips to get the rattles out and get a paint issue fixed. I think next time I'll try someplace else.

I brought my Toyota corolla to Acme Auto Body a month ago to get a replacement bumper because I was hit in a parking lot from a hit and run driver. While I was there, I learned that they could also fix other scratches and dents in my car. I got it back within 2 days and it looked brand new! I sent my friend and her boyfriend there when their cars got in accidents and they were also very happy with the service, work and expertise. I have and will recommend Acme Auto body again!

I brought my wife's crossover down to them a few weeks back after she hit the garage doorframe, and was told that the front quarter panel needed to be replaced, the foglight cover needed to be replaced, and several hours of labor to complete the work. In total, the estimate was over $1000. I was shocked but assumed they were the "professionals" and new best. I wanted to verify the price, so I brought it to another autobody shop. I was told that all it needed was a good buffing and it would look as good as new. Low and behold, the car was back in my garage

First time I've needed auto body work since I moved to Leominster. Acme was one of two preferred auto body shops in town and they were close so I gave them a try.
Staff was helpful and friendly and didn't seem to get too irritated when I called to check on the status of my work.
I basically had a rear panel (near my gas cap) ordered, replaced and painted. It took a little over a week which seemed like a long time to me but was right in line with some work friends and family had done at other places and the work looks great.
I would definitely go here again.
