Davis & Decker Property Management handles the placement of all advertising as it relates to the property being managed-yard signs, internet advertising, and rental lists. The owner will not be billed for any advertising. Davis & Decker Property Management receives and processes all calls, emails and other inquiries from the advertising.

This team provides the best customer service I've experienced searching for a home. Rosalind is very patient, helpful and kind. When I meet her in person the smile and warm welcome matched the phone personality. She was happy to provide me alternatives & even still polite when I declined available options. I hope to find a home with them soon.

I can not say enough good things about this property management group. We would never use another one. They are always very responsive, super easy to work with and very good and keeping us informed during any transactions. They are highly organized and if any issues arise they are fast to respond and keep communication between the tenants and owners streamlined. One of the best parts is they do interior home checks once a year which gives a great piece of mind all is well in your home. If you are on the fence about using them you will not make a mistake choosing them.

We moved to Navarre 2 years ago from Delaware. Our experience with Davis and Decker has been by far the best. We have moved to another rental and our property managers again are Davis and Decker!
We could not be happier!

We have seen some bad reviews 😐 and can't understand why. We received our move out check list and it is detailed and clear. If you maintain the property and are clean and you don't trash the place and follow all directions you will not have a problem.
We had a few issues but it was no fault of the property managers they were at the mercy of the owners

We moved here from the Seattle, WA area, and wanted to rent before we bought. We found a beautiful home for rent on a huge lot that allowed our pets. Moving across the country was stressful enough, even though it was something we really wanted to do, but D&D made it so easy - we were able to do everything online from up there- pay the deposits, sign the lease, and they were so quick to answer my emails. I had lots of questions!

I am a frustrated tenant and do not recommend to anyone moving to the Navarre area. This has been the worst experience in terms of customer service and property management. I have submitted multiple work orders that have not been either untimely or not resolved at all.
Do not be like me and ignore all of the signs that were apparent about this company being poor property manager. When I moved in there were numerous faults in the home that were not addressed. I reported these faults and thy are still not addressed 6 months into my lease. Additionally as new problems has come about in the home current

After having property management trouble for the first 2 years of renting out our Navarre home, we were recommended to seek new management with Davis & Decker. It was by far the best decision we made as home owners. The staff at Davis & Decker was always helpful, knowledgable, and caring when it came to anything having to do with our rental home. I have rented through Davis and Decker Property Management for 7 years now and must say it's been nothing but a pleasant experience. I have locked my keys in my rental on numerous occasions and it was simple to get the spare from them. If I had a maintenance concern, they were always very prompt to address it and convey the concern to the landlord. Judy Decker has always been professional and all the girls in their office have always been really sweet and a pleasure to deal with. Davis & Decker is a great property management company to work with if you're looking.

We rented with Davis and Decker and had a great experience. We moved into the rental sight unseen due to PCS orders and they made the whole process smooth. There were a couple of things that needed to be fixed from previous tenant and they responded promptly and everything was taken care of. Any maintenance requests was responded to quickly. And in general all the ladies at D&D are great to interact with. We ended up working with their leasing coordinator to purchase/build our own home and that as well was an amazing experience! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for rental management
