While we work with Section 8 at the Fort Walton Beach Beach and Crestview housing authority you are NOT required to make your property available to Section 8. Section 8 is a no protected class and you as the owner have a right to allow your home to be available or not to the program. We are a licensed brokerage with the state of Florida and all of our property managers are licensed broker associates or real estate agents.

We rented a home in Navarre for two years and Ashley, our property manager, made the experience so enjoyable! The move in/move out process was extremely easy. Throughout the 2 years, we only had very minor (maintenance) issues, but they were handled immediately and always thoroughly. Ashley was knowledgeable about the home we were living in, and always available if we had any concerns. 10/10 would recommend Sundance & especially Ashley as a property manager!

Terrible management company. The carpets definitely weren’t cleaned well when I moved in as I had professionally cleaned myself. I patched holes in walls that looked like a dart board. I assumed these things would have been taken care of before I moved in. Over the 4 years I rented from them any issue I had was taken care of very poorly as to not cost money. My back outside door FELL OFF the hinges, it took 21/2 months and 4 different contractors they got from who knows where, not work I would have ever paid for to somewhat fix it because they kept trying to cut corners instead of replacing the

Sundance is a phenomenal property management company from a RENTER perspective. Was a tenant with them for 4 years before I finally bought a house, and had ZERO issues. Any and all maintenance requests were addressed as soon as they were notified. Vendors were professional and always fixed it RIGHT the FIRST time. Our property manager was Ashley Williamson the entire time and she was AMAZING. She went over and beyond.

Kaylan Z that is one of the property managers with sundance is absolutely amazing. She has been to helpful with everything from the move in process and moving out process and everything in between. She is so pleasant and sweet. She will go above and beyond to help you out with anything you need. I think she needs to be higher than a property manager! If you ever get the chance to have her as a property manager you will not be disappointed.

We rented from Alisha Mihelich at Sundance while our new home was being built. The team at Sundance along with Alisha are beyond professional and courtious. If we had any questions they were always a call away. If any work needed done on the rental it was very promptly taken care of. This was our first time as renters and they made it such an easy transition both getting moved in and moved out. I can't thank them enough. I very highly recommend them.
