Nice rooms, clean, updated, comfortable beds. Loved being able to have our dog with us and be able to take her right outside from our room. But the back is this claylike sandy dirt that sticks to your shoes and impossible to get off. There are no door mats or brooms/dustpan so the dirt tracks in if you don't take your shoes off and use a bath towel for your dogs paws. Also nice to have a kitchen and dishwasher detergent was provided but no soap or paper towels. Despite that I would definitely stay here again for the price, quality of room, location, and the ability to have the ground floor room

Had ana amazing 2 nights stay. Friendly staffs @ reception, breakfast hours, and room service. Beautiful Christmas decorations. Breakfast was good. Clean and well maintained room. Comfortable beds.
Scope for improvement: need more storage space in rooms, toilets need handlebars and hooks, shower is okay. Car parking is confusing and challenging to park when no spots available near the building A.

We have stay at the Palmers Inn a few times and always had an excellent experience. Great location. The loft rooms are the best with a King bed AND the pick of the facility. This trip we were in the other building but and had to settle for a room with two doubles. Bummer, but hey, it's just a bed!
We did have to change rooms the first night cause we killed a number of little roaches.
Been in the second room now for 4 nights and nothing crawling around 🤗.
Breakfast had always been comparable to others we've stay in and the coffee is always Great 👍.

Rooms are clean. The sounds from other is minimal. If you have a dog they provide an area and bags. Bathroom doors are barn doors which is nice to provide you a lot of space, but can roll open & no lock. 😬. so if you are sharing with someone of have a Velcro pet that door could cause some flashing. Keep your head on a swivel as I had a worker walk into my room.

When we arrived from Atlanta on Sunday the 09/19 the guy at the front the desk was so rude I didn't know my check in time was at 4 30 but then a lady came out being very nice and gave me a map to find something to do until check in time but he is very rude he work the day shift 09/20 a door was being put up by my room from 8 a.m. until like 7 p.m. which was on the 2and floor at the end of the hallway I called the front the desk to ask when was the drilling going to stop thesame rude guy said to me when they finished he is very rude to me for whatever reason and all I did when I arrived was tried
