Not one the finest of hotels in the area, but likely among the best. Rooms and furnishings are somewhat dated, but well maintained. Arrived 10 minutes after booking online - host was aware (evident in that she knew my name), prepared and offered options such as which floor level I preferred. Reasonably priced with beneficial amneties such a coffee maker, microwave and fridge.

My stay at the simple rewards inn was very nice ! Budget friendly , conveniently located across from Walmart the hotel is located right off of 278. Easy check in , clean rooms , and the best part is they offer you $50 CASH BACK!! The lady at the front desk was very nice, & helpful really looking forward to visiting again!

This undiscovered motel is a true gem. The staff is wonderful, they give you a discount if you stay two or more days and don't require housekeeping, the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. It is from now on my #1whenever I come to Hilton Head Island. Nearby is any restaurant, shopping, or service you require. I am delighted to finally discover this place. VERY affordable, too.

The room that we had was extremely clean & nice!
The fridge was clean and cold...
New flooring too. So we were happy my husband & I.
Nice trees to walk around & stretch your legs.:)
I highly recommend this place to stay...
Ps...they even had a container of Clorox wipes in the room! How cool is that!

We came in a day early to Hilton Head Island, SC and had a reservation for a different hotel, we could not get into that one so we ended up staying here! We ended up canceling the original hotel and stayed here for the week! The front desk staff and house keeping staff made it very enjoyable! The rooms are very nice and the price is Great! Next time I travel to this area I will stay here and I highly recommend this hotel!

I'm rating this comparing it to other, similarly priced motels. This place was great. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh (apparently a tall order when it comes to motels). They also provided a surprising number of cash-back rewards programs on site. I had no idea so this was a wonderful surprise. Essentially, what was a $150 a night visit turned out to be more like $110 with all of the cash back rewards. Desk workers and the manager were all very sweet and helpful. Highly recommend for a budget-friendly option on Hilton Head Island.
