Services
Towering over the historic heart of Bluffton, the timeless elegance of the South informs every brick, beam and board of the Old Town Bluffton Inn. From the earliest planning stages, our goal was to create something timeless, something that demanded attention while feeling like it had always been a part of the streetscape.
Tranquil and serene. Bright and bold. Elegant and romantic. The 14 guest rooms within our new hotel in Bluffton reveal an unmistakable side of our beloved hometown, beautifully expressed through a thoughtfully curated selection of fabrics, finishes, tones and textures. This king room reads like a passport to Paris, complete with courtyard views and whimsical prints.
From small meetings to milestone celebrations, it's hard to imagine a more memorable setting for a special occasion than beautiful Bluffton, South Carolina. Warm Southern hospitality and anticipatory service are cornerstones of our Bluffton event venues, the backdrop for moments that are both unique and extraordinary.
All King Rooms have a shared balcony. Each balcony front or back runs the entire width of the building with lots of space between sitting areas. No, we do not have private parking, but there is ample public parking surrounding the hotel. Yes with a $100.00 pet fee, we have "Two" pet friendly rooms, pets are limited to dogs only, one dog per room, only pets 20lbs and under are allowed.

Excellent accommodations and very pretty decor. Clean and comfortable. Service was outstanding. Very friendly owners and staff and the breakfast offerings were freshly made and delicious! Excellent coffee!
But, I would not recommend staying on the first floor as the rooms are right by the rear entrance and the snack/breakfast area. It was very noisy in the evening with late arriving guests and in the morning with guests getting their breakfast.

This is an absolute treasure for Old Town Bluffton. Owners/Staff are absolutely amazing. The details in every square inch from the lobby to the rooms are exquisite. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a few nights here. It’s the epitome of what the LowCountry is all about. Cheers to a great time, looking forward to coming back soon.

What an absolute gem! My friend and I had a girls weekend in Bluffton, and stayed here. It was perfect! Our room was very clean, the beds are comfortable, the towels were super soft and it was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Best of all was how we were treated by the staff. Garrett greeted us with the warmest welcome, gave great tips of places to go and where to eat and even provided wonderful conversation while he poured us a glass of wine. True southern hospitality at its finest! A perfect weekend getaway that I hope we repeat again soon.

This Inn has quickly become one of our favorite destinations! It’s beautiful, clean, and the location is perfect for walking to shopping, restaurants, or down to the May river. The staff and owners make you feel very much at home, not to mention their adorable little dog Camo:) I would highly recommend the Old Town Bluffton Inn to anyone and we are looking forward to returning soon!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The front desk service was top notch! The place is small and very comforting feeling. The room was exceptionally cleaned and decorated. We had a nice little balcony. There is a wine hour each evening and the cutest and most well stocked snack bar for your service any time you need something. We will for sure be back for another weekend stay!

This place is gem! I have traveled to 42 countries in the world and stayed at some really top of the line boutique hotels....this is one of the top 5. Excellent location.. (walking distance to all the charm of Bluffton). The warm reception and tour by the owner, was exceptional! The casual, courteous, and prompt attention to detail was a 10+. The attentiveness to check in and the free amenities were superb! If you are traveling to the Hilton Head area for fun, family, or business..this is where you wan to be.

It's a long way from CA to SC, and when you accidentally leave your cell phone at home as I did that day it seems even more remote! After 2 delayed flights, driving alone in the dark through a tropical storm in an area that I have never been before... I finally arrived at Old Town Bluffton Inn close to midnight. The story doesn't end there, but arriving to homemade cookies and a glass of wine, then stepping into my gorgeous comfy room felt like heaven! My room was lovely, and the bed incredibly comfortable. The town of Old Bluffton is charming and has several great places to dine. Vince and Danielle

We loved this Inn! Beautifully appointed with pristine southern charm, warm hospitality and comfortable beds! Danielle and Vince, and all the staff, are friendly and accommodating. Sharon would pour us a glass of champagne and chat with us in the afternoons, and Bonnie would make sure we had a delicious breakfast before we embarked on our day. After a day of shopping in local galleries and quaint boutiques, we would enjoy sitting on the banks of the May River to watch the sunset . We will definitely be back to our new favorite destination! This experience will not disappoint!

Maria and I just spent the last six days visiting Old Town Bluffton and HHI ( July 4th visit jn 2020)The Inn was just great.
A first class boutique hotel in Old Town. Walking distance from all the restaurants, shoppes and galleries. An easy drive to both Hilton Head and historic Savannah. And only a little more than a half hour drive to Savannah/ HH airport .
The owners and staff of the Inn were most gracious hosts.
We will be back for sure.

This is a very special place to stay. It is perfect for one night or many nights since the housekeeping is meticulous. The owners have turned this beautiful inn into a friendly lovely space. Old Bluffton is ideally situated close to Hilton Head but you don't need to go onto the island. Delicious restaurants and excellent shopping. Stay here for a wonderful stay.

RENTERS BEWARE. THEY MAY CHANGE YOUR RATE AFTER YOU BOOK AND PAY A DEPOSIT. They did for us. 70% increase! And they refuse to refund the deposit.
Here are the facts from our experience:
We had a confirmed booking for our wedding party, a total of 10 rooms, confirmed with our $500 deposit charged 12/10/2019.
2/17/2020, 69 days later, we received an email that our rate was going up by 70%.
After a few emails, we were informed the only way to keep our reservation would be to still pay 40% more than we agreed to pay for the 10 rooms in December.
We have already told all of our family where

This place just recently opened. I have one word for it... FABULOUS!!
The general manager Chelsea and some of her associates were there to greet us and show us around a little bit. We met the owner, Larry. What a great sense of humor.
From the minute you walk into the wonderfully adorned lobby, you will feel welcome and see what great care and detail was put into this place.
The area is full of interesting galleries, shops, restaurants and bars. Check out my review on Old Town Bluffton and see for yourself.
Thanks to Chelsea, Larry and the fabulous man who first greeted us.

Our arrival coincided with a robust local festival and gaining admittance to the parking lot was going to be a challenge. Hotel staff were very helpful in directing us. Chelsea who my husband described as "cute as a button" took us to our room making sure to replenish the snack offering in our room. When you are hungry but is tooooo early for dinner, having a snack is welcome. The attention to detail throughout the building far SURPASSES large name hotels (Hilton and Marriott). They could take lessons. From the lobby and period style furnishings, the lounge area are warm and inviting

My husband and I stayed at the Old Town Bluffton Inn on Sat May 4th and were incredibly pleasantly surprised by how lovely the inn is and how wonderful and personable the staff was. Everyone bent over backwards to make sure our stay was perfect. They had also previously made us a dinner reservation at the Pearl where we had a great dinner! The location is perfection for walking around this adorable town.

We finally checked out Bluffton. It didn't take long to decide to spend a night so we could enjoy all the great live music in town. We met amazing people at Sipping Cow. The food and service were great and the owner was wonderful! She helped us get a room in town at Old Town Bluffton Inn. (We almost made a huge mistake by going to a place that had bed bugs). We had a great time and experience at old Town Bluffton Inn. Very clean! Beautiful decor, the bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated. All of the people who work at the Inn are super friendly
