My husband’s car had an overnight flat in our driveway. We have AAA roadside assist through Hyundai, so I called and within a half hour, Jason from CHC Motors arrived. Once he got the tire off, it was obvious where a small shard of metal had punctured the tire (btw, Kumho stock tires on Hyundai Elantra are real gravel grabbers- the Kumho’s handle fine but seem to puncture very easily). At my request, instead of putting on the spare, Jason left the car on my jack so I could take the tire locally for a patch. He went above and beyond, offering to come back a few hours later to put the repaired

I broke down last night just right outside of the turkey hill parking lot so I called my AAA Triple A connected me with CHC was told that they would be there within 90 minutes 2 hours later I call to to find out how long it would be before they get there and I get told They turn down the call Nevertheless I had to wait additional 2 hours for a tow truck from effort to show up CHC could not even call me call me and let me know that they weren't going to take the call that's very unprofessional and I don't suggest anybody use them

Excellent service. Broke down in Stroudsburg and needed a tow. We called AAA and they told us it would be an hour or more, but CHC showed up in 10 minutes and towed our car to a local repair shop. They even gave us advice on which hotels to stay at while our car was being fixed. Highly recommended and friendly too.

I'm not someone who ever writes reviews, particularly negative ones, as I think everyone is entitled to a bad day. However, it's been almost four months since my experience at CHC Motors and I still cannot stop thinking about it, so felt compelled to share.
I took a trip with my boyfriend and his family from NYC to the Poconos for a summer weekend. Along the way, it started to rain pretty heavily, and our car's windshield wipers had broken. With a quick google search for auto repairs and parts, we found CHC at the next exit, one of the only nearby locations listed as open at nearly 7pm on a summer

CHC Motors fixed my car after I hit a deer 1/19/21. They probably know this car meant the absolute world to me by the amount of times I called them to get an update lol. They are really quick, professional, and kind. The car looks like nothing ever happened. They also deep cleaned my car which was honestly a lovely surprise! I recommend them 100%. Thank you again!

My vehicle was in a minor accident that needed body work done. The staff did a tremendous job cant even tell it was in accident. Prompt service as well. Was asked to drop the car off on Monday evening and I should have it back by the end of the day on Thursday. Thursday 9am I got the call that it was ready. Thank you for the superior service.

I recently had to have my car towed, so I called CHC on a recommendation from my mechanic. I was impressed when I spoke to them on the phone and at my home when they came to pick up the car. They were extremely polite and helpful. The truck was sent out quickly and the driver was friendly. The price I was given was also quite fair.
When picking up the car, the tow driver was very careful hooking up my car as it sits very low to the ground. Due to the car's pristine condition, he asked me how I would like him to do certain things and took extra care to secure my vehicle to the flatbed which I greatly
