I would give him a zero if that were possible. Checks and reports not given in a timely manner, he is difficult to contact and does not return calls promptly. Twice he gave the wrong keys to new tenants because they were not labeled. He does not solve tenant's issues and I have to contact maintenance service companies myself. I terminated my contract after 5 months.

This company is a scam. Harry convinced me and my husband we had no reason to be denied a rental before applying (because I asked before paying any screening fee with full transparency of our situation) as we were moving from Idaho and needed all to work out smoothly in our transition. He was very convincing and nice, until after I sent this company our 100$ screening fee. Afterwords, he ignored all of mine and my husbands calls for weeks. Luckily, we cut our losses quickly and was approved by a wonderful property manager that kept in contact throughout the whole process and made everything work
