We are passionate about giving our guests the best vacation rental experience possible. From the condition of our homes to the greeting when you arrive, our goal is to ensure smooth sailing from check-in to check-out. Our office is conveniently located in Tolovana Park, at the southern end of Cannon Beach.
Located in the heart of Cannon Beach, the McRae House oozes nostalgic beach-bungalow charm while providing contemporary convenience. This corner property, with outstanding landscaping and garden area, is tucked within one of the most desirable Presidential blocks only minutes from downtown and the beach.
As you enter Heron House you will enjoy the expanse of an open, great room - the living room and dining area invite good gathering around the fireplace or colossal table. This spacious kitchen begs for a family or small group banquet. Sea Pines is a great pet-friendly, two-story family home located in the midtown area, one block from the beach-access stairway across from Haystack Rock, and a short walk to the infamous Sleepy Monk coffee shop.
When Lewis and Clark reached the mouth of the Columbia River in 1805, Captain Clark wrote in his journal, "Ocean in view, O! The Joy!" These words and the feelings they inspire now grace this beach house - the Ocean Joy. The Beachwood is a mid-town, waterfront property just steps from the beach and only 8 short blocks from downtown.
Pacific Vista is all about the view! Situated just above the "curves", this property captures stunning southerly views from the upper main living level. The Cottage Inn is a perfect, cozy get-away for a small group or family. Located in the quiet, Tolovana end of Cannon Beach, this property is within easy beach access at the end of the street, and is a short walk to an outstanding bakery and quaint grocery market.

I honestly had one of the best vacations because of this company! I have always struggled finding rentals that allow pets. Most of the time when I book a pet friendly vacation home they are always really gross. Cannon Beach Property Management had the cleanest place I have ever rented! I would eat off the floor, seriously. The managers in the office are super kind too, they even brought my pup & I a treat. I wish I took some pictures of the house it is truly a beautiful place and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Definitely going to be my new go to place when I visit the west coast area. Keep up

I did NOT have a good experience with this company. They acted very unprofessionally in our business dealings with them. I really love CB Vacation Rentals (Their competition) Those guys are great - and they even leave a gift bag full of swag! Save yourself the headache and pass this company up

On Saturday, we were excited to see that there was a cancellation. We called CBPM to make sure what we were looking at was real and that they would be able accommodate a 3 day stay beginning Tuesday. The first woman that we spoke to said yes. "Book online and I'll approve it."
The next day (Sunday) I received an email saying that they weren't able to do it. I called CBPM and explained the situation. They said that they would escalate to the manager. And the manager would call on Monday.
The manager (Melissa) emailed me on Monday said they don't have cleaners at the end of the stay. I called them

I’ve been renting from CBPM for over 20 years & have always had a great experience with the owner & all the staff. I also love that they’ve had several of the same dog friendly homes for years so I can count on finding a familiar home I want.
Knowing they are happy to see me every year is a bonus for me and my husband. We can start and end each CB stay with no stress.

Eight days of a ten day rental w/o a dishwasher. No adjustment offered. Office manager would not talk about it. Very hostile attitude.
The offer that was made was for a future discount at the Thayer House. The Thayer House will accommodate 8 people and in 2018 we need a house for 10. Not a valid offer! The office manager did not want to talk to a customer,she was too busy!

I have stayed with them a couple times now and I absolutely love everything about them. The first time we stayed in a little bungalow and it was very quiet and very clean, and the next time we chose ocean front and it was also perfect. They have a great staff that is helpful and very professional. I highly recommend them!
