Brian helped me recreate my mom’s wedding ring that I lost, from a photo he had of it. He also gave me great advice in doing a design adaptation to incorporate my own wedding diamond into the new ring. It turned out even more beautiful than my expectations! My fiancé and I decided to custom make my engagement ring and I could not be happier with the final design! We brought in a gem that had been purchased outside of Creations Fine Jewelers and the communication from beginning to end was great. When you are investing in jewlery you want to go to a place that has amazing customer service and high standards. Creations fine jewelers hits both marks. I looked around and tried to do some research on where to go for my engagement ring setting and saw all of Creations rave reviews. I used Creations for a replacement engagement ring as a Christmas present for my wife. They didn't have the setting from A Jaffe that I was looking for in stock but contacted the rep and got the setting in stock along with a great oval diamond.

Great work! I came to Creations Fine Jewelers to create an heirloom wedding ring for my now husband. We wanted to take some gold from his grandfathers wedding ring and some from his fathers wedding ring and create a special piece in platinum. Michele was our contact through the process and she worked hard to help us work with the designer to create exactly what we were envisioning. We could not be happier.

I had some issues with my engagement ring after having another jeweler in Napa rhodium plate it several times. I was so unhappy with how it came out. It was dark and almost dull looking and I was extremely disappointed since my wedding is in 6 days!
After showing Brian my ring once, he knew exactly what the problem was and was happy to fix it for me. I dropped my ring off and picked it up the same day and it came out BEAUTIFUL. I was so unbelievably relieved! Brian and the Creations team are 10/10 and I would highly recommend!
They also have a really cute mascot. She's a sweet-as-pie cocker

The first was to resize the watch I received as a graduation gift,oh so many years ago. I'm overjoyed to have it fit again. They were really nice to me even though I came in covered in animal fur after my volunteer shift at the animal shelter.
The second time I went in was to research getting a bracelet fixed which (when I asked) they kindly shared that the bracelet would cost new, less than $100 more than the cost of the repairs. So, I'm letting the bracelet go and shopping for something new! (But

So it's been 2 months and my battery died. Seriously!!!! As you can see this business responded the battery is guaranteed for a year. Well with the service I got the first time I won't be going back for the "guaranteed" life of the battery. I've never been told there was a guarantee on my watch battery and they usually last a few years. Getting your watch battery replaced is a pain in the tush let alone having to do it twice in less than 3 months. I'll definitely wait until Clocks and More is open to get my watch battery replaced, definitely cheaper and more reliable
