Wow I wish I could rate 10 stars. I was looking for a chain for my custom crystal pendent and after searching 2 cities and about 8 locations. I was directed to Pavati Jewelry. When I walk in, the first thing I say is, "I am looking for something very specific" and the attendant (Sam) says, "that's impossible, people hardly find that when they want something specific." I then explain to him what I need and he proceeds to LITTERALLY turn to his right, pull out this rope chain that you see in the image. He measures it and its the exact length that I want and the exact mm that I want... I sit in awe

I got my engagement ring for my fiancé from Pavati’s and she absolutely loved it! Sam and Amber were so easy to work with, very hospitable and friendly. I have gotten so many compliments from family, friends, and the bridesmaids that I picked the perfect ring so I have to thank you guys for making me look good! I approached Sam & Amber about getting a replacement custom wedding ring. It was a very emotional process because my last ring was stolen. Sam & Amber took time to address my concerns, listen to what I am looking for, and do a ton of research to provide me with exactly what I wanted. They both were so kind and genuine about providing me with a ring that I can treasure. I have nothing but good things to say about Pavati- you can't beat a place with superior customer service with employees that care. My ring is perfect.

Purchased a beautiful tanzanite ring and matching earrings. Sam and Amber were wonderful to work with and very accommodating. I needed my ring sized and Sam delivered it to my hotel so I could wear it right away. Exceptional service and definitely a place I will go back to!

Purchased a ring from them for my christmas present to myself :) . I had no idea what I was looking for when I went in but after a few minutes of my likes/dislikes, I found the perfect one. I get so many compliments on it. Will definitely be back for my Valentine's present too ha. Very easy to work with and priced right.

The owner is a complete scam artist. Purchased a bracelet $400, then brought it back same day. He had an attendant in the store at the time who called him. He claimed he could not process a refund because the button was disabled and to come back the next day.
Came back the next day and instead of refunding me, tried to exchange the item for something else. Then refused to just process a refund.
I left the bracelet on the counter and simply called my Credit Card company and chargedback the $400.
Just beware and realize if you have second thoughts about the product, he will give you the run around

I never really liked any rings with my birthstone "peridot" until I came across this jewelry store. My ring is absolutely gorgeous! I get lots of compliments on it. I fell in love and I am so glad I purchased it. I will be back again!

I have been wanting to buy a opal ring for myself. I met Sam at my friend's Rug store, and I followed Sam to his Jewelry store. Sam warmly showed me his collection of stones and their stories. It was absolutely fantastic to find my amazing opal ring through a person who carefully collects them! The ring has found its home too:)
