I've stayed here several times before and never been disappointed. It is across the street from the beach, walking distance to everything, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms have lots of windows and are a great size. The front desk staff is really pleasant. I highly recommend the Cayucos Beach Inn.

$125/night for a king suite... no better deal in the area. This place went above expectations in room size, amenities, comfort and locale. If you don't require an oceanfront view, this place is the best.

I could not believe how nice our room was. (209). The room was so spacious and well lit. The room was very clean The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The location is perfect since it is at the end of down town. Everything is within walking distance.

I work for an airline as aircrew so I visit hotels weekly. The Front desk Rep was welcoming and professional. Room was clean. My only complaints:

The hotel doesn't have a filtered water bottle dispenser or drinking fountain and the next door market charges $3 for a large water.

The hotel doesn't provide hot water in an urn for guest to make tea with. They do provide a coffee machine but you have to supply the water.

The window shudder opening and closing mechanism were broken on quite a few windows making it tedious to close the shudders.

Lastly the King suite has a sink to do

We've stayed here at least 2x since there seems to be no vacancy every time we visit Cayucos. It's the one closest to the beach since it's on the shore. The price is a bit high but they've managed to maintain this place despite the busy schedule. Also, they provided our pets a treat and a beach towel. Nice owners.

We just stayed there for 2 nights. The rooms are very spacious and reasonably priced. It is not very far from the beach, just a few blocks. Very comfy beds, good shower pressure, and all covid protocols are followed.
We really enjoyed staying here. If you have not visited Cayucos before, it's a really nice, small town. Make sure to check it out.

Really liked this place. Very spacious room, comfortable soft bed , no breakfast because of covid. Shower The best part to me was they are extremely dog friendly, with grass area specifically for your pet and handy plastic bags as well as a dog bath for washing sand off after day at beach.

Nice big room. Clean and comfortable. The bed is a little hard but not horrible. No evidence of any bed bugs as mentioned in a prior review. Easy parking. Nespresso in the lobby. Sleepy little town but a cute getaway

The town is beautiful and the staff was friendly! Just a five min walk to a lookout over Cayucos Beach! Very dog friendly, and a dog park across the street! Only downside was our requested room (which we booked a month in advance) was unavailable and we ended up in a disability access room that was quite slippery on the floor. We would have preferred the room we booked. But overall a great night’s stay in a small, friendly area!

Bedbugs. Not just one, but many big and small bedbugs. My partner woke up with 3 bites on her arm at 1am and when we searched we discovered many bugs in both beds. The front desk person was no help and exasperated by our request for garbage bags. We slept in the car and left early for the laundromat. When I called to follow up the manger at first seemed to have no idea what I was talking about then said an exterminator had been called. I'm doubtful.

This place is great. The room was clean the staff was friendly. We came on a Thursday and there was quite a few older people here so we tried to be quiet since we were upstairs. The location was close to everything took a nice walk in the morning for coffee. The only con was that the bed was not the best. But otherwise everything was sparkling clean the landscape is immaculate and staff friendly. Great priced aswell. Thank you!

This is a very clean and well-kept establishment. It is conveniently located across the street and one block away from beach access. Rates were reasonable. I was glad they gave discounts for AARP and AAA. We had a suite with a microwave and fridge. The one thing I would have liked was a few pieces of cutlery and a few bowls and plates.
But I would definitely stay here again.

After a sharing that there were certain things I was not happy about I received a quick response of those in admin of the hotel. It was quickly resolved and I would return again. They responded quickly and resolved my issue. That's not common with most paces and I appreciate the proactive response.

Impressed with this spot. Outstanding find through Hotels.com - we were making a pitstop traveling and what a great find! Very friendly front desk service, very personable gal. PET FEE ONLY $15 (that was a game changer!) - other places I called was $100 for a pet. And BONUS: this inn is directly across the street from the ocean/beach. I mean, could it get better; YES, it does! The rooms were gigantic. Seriously, probably the largest hotel type room I've ever stayed in. It really made a big difference for us with kids and a dog in tow. They made cute swans out of the towels which my daughter

I was super impressed with this place. I came with a friend and our dogs and it was perfect. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The fridge and sink area come in handy if you bring your own food or have leftovers ( or refrigerated dog food). The location is close to restaurants , all within walking distance and the beach is just down the hill. Lots of grassy areas outside your door and a separate doggy relief area. I will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommended it!

I booked this place directly from their website and they had some promotions, so I ended up getting a good deal for a 2 night stay. Pet fee is pretty minimal compared to other beach towns which is great.

Check in was easy and there's plenty of parking. The room was large and spacious and very clean. Each room also has a bench outside the door. We could see the ocean right from outside the room.

I loved the pet area, made it really easy for the pet. They also have a pet wash area, although I didn't use it.

The Inn is 0.4 miles from the pier and downtown area where most dining places

It was a nice clean room. Plenty of space. Price was reasonable and location is key. Walking distance to food and the beautiful beach. There is a grocery store that is walking distance. We were treated great and I really don't have any complaints. For as packed as it was it was very quite. They have out door bbq area you can use and they keep it clean each morning.

The beds here are super duper comfy. As soon as we got inside our room and sat down on the bed...I immediately knocked out. Lol.

Our room (#120; double queen) was very clean. The maids did a great job at the decor too. I love when they create animals out the towels and cloths. The room comes with a standard TV, small dining table and chairs and desk area. There was no chair at the desk, so it was kind of redundant to have.

Bathroom was small but clean. Nice, hot water pressure and plenty of clean towels and wash cloths for 2 people. There is a community area where you can lounge outside and

My wife and I have been staying here since 2011. We mostly book one of the suites, but have stayed in almost Every type of room they have upstairs and downstairs. Always clean and ready for us. Every time there is an issue or problem they respond immediately! Especially enjoy the upstairs Octagonal Room. We returned from an outing this afternoon to find a brown bag hanging from the door. A bag of cookies from the Brown Butter Cookie Co..
Thank you Cayucos Beach Inn!
