Royal Xcellence did a wedding reception for us in October 2019. We were very pleased throughout the entire process, from planning to the actual reception. We looked at one other catering service and examined both the food choices and the cost. Royal Xcellence came out on top, without question.

The food is obviously good, they're a professional catering company. But the customer service and support they offer is so above and beyond anyone else. They were helpful about setting a menu, understood a few changes we decided to make, and overall made everything so easy and stress free. I cannot recommend them enough, so pleasant and wonderful to work with. Definitely go with Royal Xcellence for any catering event you have!

RX catering was a god send. They have very affordable pricing for the excellence in quality of food. Ms. Sharon was an angel who was always available to help my wife and me with all questions and concerns big or small. Her staff was professional and friendly. No one at the wedding had a bad thing to say about them from beginning to end (and we have a lot of picky eaters). Alas! I choose RX they had reasonable prices & good tasting food. Me and my husband decided to choose them to cater our wedding we went to a tasting & choose Atlantic Grilled salmon & Honey Roasted Chicken Breast as entrees at the tasting everything was awesome the green beans, cheddar biscuits, wild rice, fruit & veggie spread was everything we had choose on our special day. There had been some misunderstanding far as our contract with buffet or plated meal but we choose plated we paid for extra staff & the guy Reggie sent extra staff because he said he didn't want things to be behind so the could serve

Royal Xcellence was exactly just that excellence! I reached to them to cater a cocktail party at my home with less than two weeks head notice. They were prompt professional and delicious. I was pleased with the communication before my party. There staff was excellent during my party. There setup was perfect and my home was left in excellent condition. I would highly recommend this catering service. They will go the extra mile!

RX Catering is my GO-TO for customer breakfasts and lunches. The service is truly unmatched; I can call the day before, place an order, and they always hand deliver it promptly. There have been several occasions when I was not even present for the delivery, and they set it up in the customer's break room for me. After they drop off the food, they always email me a receipt which helps me keep track of my work expenses. The food is phenomenal! RX Catering recently catered a corporate event and did a FANTASTIC job! From my first phone call, Sharon was so positive, informed, helpful and kind. She made the process so easy and the catering team was outstanding. Extremely polite, laid back and overall, great! My calls were always returned quickly and the team followed through exactly as expected. I would absolutely recommend RX Catering and would use them for all my events in the future. Rx Catering catered my husband's 50th birthday party, and did a fabulous job! The food was absolutely delicious...I received lots of compliments on the everything, but especially the BBQ ribs and chicken as well as the Mac' N Cheese. I absolutely loved the seafood pasta myself. Your guys were prompt, very accommodating and professional. I used RX Catering for a surprise birthday party and couldn't be happier. Reggie Meekins was professional and easy to work with, responding quickly and thoroughly to all of my concerns and questions. The Bourbon Chicken was excellent. The Vegetarian entree (Lasagna) looked delicious and nutritious dish, something caterers often do not do well. RX took care of everything, including the veggie and fruit trays, bread (cheese biscuits), and drinks. It was comforting to know I was in good hands and didn't need to worry about the meal. The staff was such a pleasure to work with a wealth of knowledge. They have been catering events for a long time and knows everything anyone could ever think to ask of them.
