This is my second time using Mary Murray's Flower Shop. I live in Houston and I have a sister that has been in St Francis Hospital for several weeks. Each time I call the flower shop I get professional and knowledgeable staff. They help me select what I want to send and their deliveries are very punctual. They also send me a picture of what they sent and acknowledgement that the gift was delivered. I have been so pleased with their arrangements and they have truly brightened my sister's hospital stay. I get quite a few floral deliveries from Mary Murray's and they never disappoint! I would prefer they put the card in an envelope so my boss isn't reading it as he's handing it to me- and some floral food for their water... but otherwise I'm usually pretty pleased. The bouquet with the lillies bothered allergies in the office so it had to come home- and the one with the taller multi color flowers that they put as the lilly replacements the next time just didn't really seem to look as "put together" as their normal arrangements do- but I was going to be happy with them regardless! If I were ordering

I chose Mary Murray’s based on the great reviews because I live out of state and wanted to send a get well gift to my nephew in a Tulsa hospital. I placed an order online and they responded quickly and delivered the plant I chose quickly too. However when I saw a picture of what my nephew received I was very disappointed it wasn’t near as nice and full as the photo. I contacted the shop and they were very nice and said that they agreed it wasn’t up to their standards. The arrangement of succulents was redone and sent back to him the same day! Expectations vs. reality.
TERRIBLE customer service. My mother n law was disappointed with how they prepared this flower arrangement, and when she voiced her concern, they told her that they looked identical to the picture and that there was nothing that they could do and wouldn't refund her. They didn't even offer to redo the assortment. When you're paying for something that is $100, you'd think a business will be somewhat accommodating.
Seriously don't waste your time or energy. If I could give Mary Murray's Flowers no stars, I would.

I ordered the Princess floral bouquet for my daughter in-law for her Birthday. Unfortunately what she received was nothing like the picture they advertised. No work was put into it. Looked like the flowers were just thrown in the vase also some of the flowers looked dried and were dying. I was embarrassed that this was sent to her.
