Ordered flowers over the phone for my grandfather’s 90th. They provided a number for me to text examples of what I wanted. I gave them picture examples of size and shape but needed particular colors to match party decor. They were able to accommodate the short notice and time restricted delivery (made it in time for the party). The arrangement was gorgeous. Big hit at the party. Thanks, Ladybugs!

My brother ordered flowers all the way from Michigan for our mom and also surprised me with a bouquet for Mother's Day. The flowers were delivered the day before and are gorgeous! I have some that are still buds and getting ready to bloom. Mom and I are very happy with our flowers and will recommend Ladybug again.

I was in need of flowers short notice. They not only made a quick arrangement but delivered them same day. The girl that helped was very understanding and helpful, my hats off to her. The flowers were beautiful my wife was very pleased which made me very happy. Of course I’ve found my permanent flower shop for Tulsa. Thank you Lady Bug.

Was not happy with what we spent 75 dollars on for our sisters service last Friday. We got 6 roses and 6 carnations and a vase of baby's breath,what a big disappointment when we got to the funeral home and saw what was there, would not order from them again. It is sad that the owner would not make any concessions and hung up on me. We had others families order from a different floral shop and we're very happy on their arrangements.

I've used Ladybug twice and had a great experience both times. The second time, I brought in a picture, and they made an almost identical arrangement for me. I was pleasantly surprised by the price and really enjoyed the atmosphere in the shop, but I'm biased toward any store that has pets (birds in this case). Both times, they got the arrangements to the correct place at the right time and were very friendly.

After my mother failed to receive flowers on her birthday due to technical errors on their website, I called the shop and the sales associate placed the blame on me. As I went to hang up, I heard the woman talk trash about me to her supervisor. In the future, I will be purchasing my flowers elsewhere and recommending my friends and family to avoid Lady Bug at all costs.

I order Flowers from this florist for my mothers birthday. I live in a different state than OK, so I placed my order via online at their website. They had a wonderful site and great selection of product on display. Somehow the address info I typed in must have been incorrect, so when they went to deliver my moms flowers they had a rough time locating her building. Someone from the florist shop worked very diligently in finding my mothers correct address and getting her, her arrangement. I didn't even receive a call that there was an issue. I called from out of town to have some flowers delivered- They were friendly on the phone and very helpful. They offered same-day delivery to a school, when I called around noon, which was great! The reason it is four stars instead of five is because there was a $10 delivery fee and I wish that I had known about that when I was deciding how much to spend since I had mentioned that I was ordering on a budget- Otherwise, great service and I would use again.
