We ordered an arrangement for a sympathy for our neighbor whose father passed away. We ordered on line a Siprita Dishgarden for $83.99 included same day delivery and taxes. We got notification of delivery with a photo of the plant. It did not look the same as we ordered and did not look like the quality that was shown on the website.
We were upset and called and was told that they had to substitute for that plant. We had no idea what we paid for until it was delivered.
We will not use Rathbone's again. We were trying to support local business here in Jenks, OK.

My fiance and I visited Becky's shop under a very tight deadline while planning our elopement. She was thorough, kind, and best of all -- had a wealth of knowledge when it came to florals which really helped inform our decisions. She took the time to understand our vision and nailed all the details in bringing it to life. Like many couples in 2020, we had to postpone our date multiple times and she was beyond accommodating and helpful. I love Rathbone's flowers! I have used them for many years. Recently my mother passed away in Bartlesville and they delivered all of the casket pieces, wreaths and additional flowers for us so they could be there on a Saturday afternoon. They completely went above and beyond to help us. The flower arrangements were beautiful and were perfect for what my mom would have wanted. They completely represented her life and her love of flowers. They guided us as to exactly the flowers we should choose that would hold up the longest and then came to the funeral on Monday to ensure that the flowers

A delivery of a "Full and Lush" $49.00 arrangement was delivered to my mother's house on a Saturday. The arrangement had fewer stems than just one of the smaller arrangements that was half the cost also delivered that day. But more importantly the blossoms had been cut to remove what I can only guess were browning edges. Imagine a fully blossomed rose that you take a pair of scissors too and cut off the top half of the blossom. That is what we got, well a few of those, the bulk of the arrangement was carnations. I could have gone to Walgreens paid 9.99 and got a far superior arrangement

My sweet husband sent me flowers for Valentine's Day and usually uses Ted & Debbie's Flowers but found a deal with this Rathbone's where he get's 3,000 Hilton Honors points if he orders with them. He won't make that mistake again. The flowers look nothing like the picture and it was embarrassing walking through work with them. The carnations actually look dead.
