Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a company in years. Ordered flowers over a week in advance, paid extra to have them delivered before noon. When I reached out to customer support they just gave me a run around and didn't listen to what I was saying. I have requested a refund and got confirmation of a delivery fee refund so we'll see what happens. I'll post an additional review when I get my refund. Never order from this company.

If I could have posted a negative star I would have. Paid extra to be delivered a day before Valentine's day at three different locations.
The delivery came a day after Valentine's day, and the flowers looked terrible.
Was sent a pathetic attempt (email) to make amends. I suggest delivering what was ordered at half off seeing all three (different addresses) were 2 days late.

We wanted to ordered a grand flower arrangement for my moms 60th birthday since we could not celebrate for COVID-19 reasons. I ordered the “best” option from the website. What I ordered from the website is no where near close to what my mom received. The quantity of flowers and actual flowers used did not match what was pictured on the website.
When I called customer service they stated that the picture on the website is for advertisement purposes and does not match what the actual recipe that the arrangement type calls for. The picture in the advertisement shows 20+ roses but the actual “arrangement

On the left is a picture of what I ordered for my sister's birthday. On the right is a picture of what she received. I emailed customer service and got a quick response asking if I would like a refund or a new bouquet delivered within a day or two. I asked for a new bouquet to be delivered. When I never got confirmation I called the next day to check on the status. I was assured the bouquet was scheduled to be delivered that day. It was never delivered. I called the next day only to be told that there was no way a new bouquet could be sent in less than 5 days. I took the refund, emailed again asking

I ordered two dozen roses for my mothers birthday. It was one of their specials - started out at $36, and by the time delivery and everything was added, it totaled out at $62.
What arrived was seven red roses, a few mums, and a few other flowers.
Totally unimpressed. I’ve ordered frequently from this company, and this is the first time they have let me down. I sent them an email, but no reply.
I would have to think long and hard before wasting another $60+ on this company.

My credit card information was compromised and I had fraudulent purchases charged to my card as a result of using this website. There was a direct link, still shown on their website for a shipping rebate and when I signed up for it, my credit card info was stolen. On top of that, my flowers arrived and they look horrible. They look worse than the flowers offered at the local dollar store. They are wilted and the white roses are already turning brown. Do not use this company! I have also filed a complaint with consumer affairs

Horrible business. Late submission but have been trying to call customer service to complain. First time customer and will never use pro flowers again. Random additional $9.99 shipping just because it happened to be Valentine’s Day. Two dozen roses, leaves were crunched, falling off like crazy, brown crusty leaves. I’d rather spend twice as much next time and go to a local florist and have a beautiful bouquet, I was incredibly embarrassed my girlfriend received these.

Received a sweetly and neatly packed arrangement from a Periscope Influencer as a thank you during a thanksgiving holiday! It came with a cute Teddy Bear, a glass base that had a matching cover/bag that can be used for anything, and a beautiful assortment of pink and orange roses with some baby sunflowers as accents! That packaging protected the flowers and came in an overnight box! Loved it! Would def use this service if I needed to send an arrangement out of town!
