I came in with a late request for a vase of flowers for my 25th wedding anniversary. The lady behind the counter was very helpful she helped me pick out the perfect base I told her how I would like the flowers to look and within 15 minutes she had it done and it was spectacular. I ordered flowers from out of town for a friend's birthday. I wanted it to be a surprise so of course she didn't know they were coming. Holliday Flowers not only attempted delivery and tried to call my friend several times with no luck, they then reached out to me, allowed me to find out where my friend was, delivered new flowers to her at a different address (where she was visiting family) and were so very kind and accommodating.

I received an absolutely gorgeous arrangement from Holliday Flowers from my out of town Aunt for my wedding. The arrangement was quite large in a beautiful vase that I will definitely keep and use again. I've never seen cut roses blossom like these did. Usually rose buds just kind of wilt and slum over and die. These roses actually blossomed. Fully blossomed. I'm so impressed with the arrangement, I decided to switch from my normal florist and use Holliday from now on. Well done Holliday Flowers & Events Inc.

I live in Illinois but a close friend lives in Memphis. I googled florals near my friend and landed here. I couldn’t have been luckier. Great customer service, very didactic, the flowers were delivered on time, they were better than the picture actually, I got exactly what I wanted. This message is to say how much I appreciate the professional, friendly and helpful service of Brooke at the Downtown/Midtown location. I had called in right around 9am asking if it was to late to get a plant arrangement to a funeral scheduled today at noon in Memphis, being as I just found out the funeral was today and I am in Kansas. I ordered six arrangements from Holliday Flowers (Germantown) for my brother's funeral. They were delivered exactly on schedule, as promised, and looked as beautiful as they did the the pictures. I wasn't disappointed in the least and could have saved myself some anxiety. They are now my "go to" shop for flowers. I wish I'd taken pics to post.

This is my favorite place to get flowers in Memphis. I use them for work to pull together flowers for all kinds of event and they make the most beautiful arrangements! They also have a flower of the month deal where you can pay for the year and come in to grab a new flower each month with a punch card. It's a fun deal and cool to get new flowers you may not normally pick.

I came to Memphis for the wedding of a family member. The day before the ceremony, the sister of the bride wanted to do something special. By the time we had some idea of what that might be and that it involved plants or flowers, we ended up at Holliday 30 minutes before closing on a Friday.
They worked with us carefully, trying to do the best that they possibly could given that we'd given them no warning. We ended up with something quite lovely at a much more reasonable price than I was expecting, in part because they were very willing to work with our budget.

Oh my! Tomorrow is our wedding anniversary and the owner, Reed, reached out to my husband personally about the bouquet... It is nothing short of absolutely fantastic! It's like walking in an English garden! I have never seen anything like it - I'm in shock! The customer service we've received has been superb... They are very concerned about our satisfaction. Do a little Pinterest research before you go in. It helps a lot and be open minded bc they are the professional ones! This place is filled with a group of wonderful people who have your best interest at heart. You go in and everyone greets you and they have a great selection of flowers to choose from. They have two sides and one side is for anyone planning an event. when you walk over there's a front desk man sitting there waiting on you and OMG he is the sweetest! he offered me coffee in a huuuuge coffee cup and we talked about weddings and our obsession with caffeine. I was a bit disapointed with the outcome. While the flowers my friend recieved are very pretty, they are mostly not what I requested. I asked for fushia and orange and even said "please no light pink" and I think they only heard light pink. The arrangment was all pink and white with no orange and not a one of the flowers that they guy promised would be in there. The whole reason I went with this shop is because he promised these little flowers that look like mini peonies and not a one made it into the arrangment. I think my friend was happy but it certainly was not what I was going for

I was a disappointed bride... people who can't deal with clients who like to take their time to figure out what they want, and know exactly what they don't want, shouldn't be in this business. Good stuff though, but if you're bride to be, this is not a place for you. You have other things to deal with than pamper people's egos.

I don't particularly like flowers. In fact, I loathe them. Weird? Yes. Even weirder? I hate them because they smell like dead people. I said it- and I'll say it again. The overwhelming, sickeningly sweet smell of flowers reminds me of a wake- and I hate them. In fact, the only flower I like is the sunflower. It has no smell- and how one could not grin from ear to ear when they see a bunch of them is beyond me.
