Excellent customer service. I ordered online at 5pm and they were delivered the next day before noon. They called twice to confirm the order and clarify details and I really appreciated it.

DO NOT RECOMMEND, I placed an order here for a small bouquet of flowers for a family friend at her home and I called and placed the order at 9:30AM and to be delivered. I had to call to multiple times throughout the day and didn't get a response until nearly closing time, to get an update on delivery time. Once I finally got in touch with someone, they couldn't get in touch with the driver and they also couldn't locate my order it's literally 30 minutes until closing time. I finally get a callback 15 minutes to closing time and the order has finally been delivered. I look up to find that distance

I received flowers from my work family after my grandfather passed. The arrangement was so beautiful and was at my home when I got there. The next morning when I woke, just seeing that brightened my whole day.

Kevin was amazing to work with, and the flowers for my wedding turned out so gorgeous. I sent him a few photos of bouquets that I like, and he did the rest! I was so pleased with the entire process. Highly, highly recommend!!

I will always use Le FLEUR any time I need a florist. Before we came to Memphis from Montclair, NJ this past summer, we ordered a bouquet for our realtor because she had been so excellent. I looked for a local florist and Le FLEUR had the highest ratings. Our realtor loved the arrangement and took a picture of it for her Facebook wall. The two women I worked with at different times this morning to arrange for a same-day delivery to my Aunt Judy were most helpful. Flowers available at Le Fleur are top notch including exotic flowers such as Protea. A fresh flower shipment from Holland was to arrive this very morning as well. I went with the Apricot Sunset flower arrangement because the colors remind me of my aunt who is struggling with early onset of dementia. I received flowers for Mother's Day from Le Fleur. They were absolutely gorgeous! I enjoyed them so much that I sent my daughter an arrangement. The lady who took my order was very professional.

I have both given and received arrangements from Le Fluer and they are amazing. Very good customer service and easy to use, online ordering is very simple (which I love). I have received some more customized arrangements as well and they are beyond gorgeous!

Stopped in here on a whim and absolutely loved their flowers. They made a beautiful bouquet for me within minutes for a teacher of mine who lost her father. Decent price and everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Definitely recommend using them!

Very disappointed... Florist called to schedule delivery and then did not show. Now is not answering phone and told the florist that ordered that they are too busy to talk to her. Seriously? You screw up a delivery and you're too busy to talk?

I'm sticking with Lynn Doyle or Pugh. Neither has ever disappointed me.

Just ordered a last minute / same day delivery for our grandmother who broke some ribs and is in a lot of pain. We live in California and needed a way to send our love and Lefleur jumped on the order and was very helpful. I called 3 florists previously to this call and all 3 said it was too late to help us get something out the same day. Very grateful for Lynn who answered the phone and was very helpful. The bonus is their flowers are gorgeous!

I would ABSOLUTELY NEVER order from here again. I picked out a picture of an arrangement on their website....which gave a price. They said it would be more expensive (which should have been my first clue). Then my daughter sent me a picture of the arrangement she received.....and it looked NOTHING like what I picked out. (much smaller, no stems, different vase and A CABBAGE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ARRANGEMENT!!!! Absolutely disappointed!

This is a very nice floral shop in East Memphis. I popped in on a whim on this past Saturday afternoon. Very pretty dried topiaries, large seeds for vases, nice candles, fancy, summery paper napkins and very pretty selections of fresh flowers that look like something out of a Martha Stewart magazine -- I noticed several varieties of roses in unique, hard-to-find colors..
