Whether it's an out-patient surgery during the week or getting grandma and grandpa home in their wheelchair, we're HAPPY2HELP! Cost should not be the deciding factor when choosing between professional non-emergency transportation and rideshare services. If you're seeking affordable transportation, we're HAPPY2HELP! We understand things come up and sometimes unexpected events are completely unavoidable. This is why we often pad our reservations to give time for the unexpected, but it doesn't always work!
If this is your first time time using our service we will email email an invoice for the deposit within 48hrs of confirming the reservation. Once your trip is completed, we will use the existing card on file to charge the remaining balance. Don't worry, this is normal. If you're having surgery please ask the staff to call 619-885-3737 WHEN YOU'RE HEADED TO RECOVERY (usually 30 minutes before you'll be ready to go home).

Just used Happy2Help for the first time this week. Best medical transport I've dealt with for a pickup from an outpatient procedure with sedation. If you've had such procedures, you may know that you can't take Uber/Lyft/taxi home. So if you don't have a friend or relative available to drive you, you need to book medical transport.
There are unfortunately few medical transport options in San Diego for such situations. And compared to others I've dealt with, Happy2Help was more reliable, more convenient, and reasonably priced. They get right back to you when you contact

I had to be driven home from the hospital after a knee replacement. I Just didn’t want to bother people I knew to drive me home -as nothing ever goes to plan when being discharged. I found Happy-to-Help on Yelp. Spoke to the owner , Phil/ who I liked right away. There was a kindness/genuineness in his tone. One of his driver’s, Elliot, showed up early to the hospital & as expected, they weren’t on time. He safely drove me home & I’m a paranoid passenger /but no problems there. My sister had surgery on her abdomen. Her ability to bend was severely limited. We couldn’t get her into our car or an Uber. Thankfully, we learned about Happy2Help. Phil and Elliot were fantastic. Very gentle with my sister and her walker. When we got to the medical building for her post op visit, we had a hard time finding the correct building and entrance. Phil and Elliot patiently and calmly drove us until we found the right spot. My sister was really thirsty in the van. On the ride back Phil and Elliot had water for both of us. So caring. My husband, who is disabled, and I were visiting San Diego for a wedding, and are in need of transport to balboa Park. I was having no luck in finding a handicap transport to and from the wedding. Until I called Happy 2Help! Phil answered the phone, and I told him my needs, and he said, I can do it! This guy was amazing! As a senior citizen no longer comfortable driving, I have to depend on others for transportation. Several options, including the transport provided by my insurance for medical trips, have been hit-or-miss in terms of reliability. One of the "misses" led to my discovery of Happy2Help. They are simply the best at what they do. Phil, the owner, is a terrific guy, and his other drivers are equally qualified and personable. Phil and his service are just what San Diego needed: trusted, friendly, safe and affordable transportation to and from doctor's appointments, hospital visits, or any other transporation need. The service is especially important for seniors and disabled to know about Phil and his drivers can assist with some mobility issues, and are always willing to help stabilize a person as they are walking along a sidewalk or uneven surface to and from the car or the destination.

Phil graciously agreed to pickup and transport my son who had injured both feet and needed a wheelchair accessible ride to and from his appointment with the surgeon. We contacted him the night before the appointment and he made himself personally available to help us. Phil arrived right on time and called 15 minutes before he arrived, just as promised. Happy2Help Transportation definitely gets 5 stars from me. My father needed transportation to his dialysis appointments 3 days a week. My father is usually picky about transportation, but he actually enjoyed having Phil transport him to his appointments. Compared to other transportation companies, the price was affordable. I cannot recommend happy2help transportation enough. It is run by Phil Fowler, who is one of the kindest, most compassionate people on the planet. I had to have an outpatient surgery and I had NO ONE to pick me up from the hospital. Luckily I found Happy2Help on google. I sent them an email and they responded within the hour with a quote. I paid right away via credit and received a receipt.
On the day of surgery, my driver called 15 minutes early saying he was downstairs and to take my time coming down. He was very friendly. When we arrived at the surgery center he gave me a business card to give to my nurse. My driver and my nurse were on the phone coordinating my pickup while I was waking up from anesthesia. Everyone went so smoothly

Can't say enough good things about Phil and Happy2Help Transportation. They really came through for me today and helping me get my 94 year old dad a ride in his wheel Chair. Phil the owner was very professional and on time and helpful the first two times I used him to transport my husband in a wheelchair to the hospital for MRI testing. The third time he stood me up because he did not put our appointment on his calendar. He even had the audacity to ask if I could change the MRI appointment to suit his schedule. This is terrible business practices and so stressful to me because you can't get another medical transport at the last minute and we could not miss this appointment. I would not recommend this company to anyone because they are not dependable.

We were a group of 5 people from Omaha, NE coming to San Diego and we needed wheelchair accessible transportation. So based on reviews I scheduled with Happy2Help, I was not sure what we would get. We were pleasantly surprised! They were on time for both trips to and from airport and the owner and the person helping him were very friendly.

Phil saved me from an international flight cancellation out of San Diego, and got me to Los Angeles, on the spur of the moment. My first flight of the day, after Phil drop in off from San Diego airport, was canceled at 4:30AM, just as Phil had dropped me off, and wheelchair assistance took over. Great service! Phil had to transport my father to Yucaipa from San Diego for respite. Yes, that's at least 2 hour drive one way. He didn't leave my father until he's fully checked in at the facility. He either called or texted to update me until he left the place. Same goes when it was time for my father to come back home.

I needed to find a ride home from the hospital today, so I called Happy 2 Help Transportation. The Owner of the company, Phil Fowler, answered my phone call late last night. He was able to schedule an appointment to pick me up. Not only was he on time, he is an excellent driver. I just had hip surgery, and I am unable to walk on my own.
