This review is for the Los Gatos site and based only on a phone call. I'm not sure what they're thinking when someone calls and asks to be seen for a massage and the response is so weird: "we don't take walk ins" and this is mostly workers comp cases. First of all I never said I wanted to walk in, so...??? And second, you need to advertise yourselves as a workers comp only office if that's what you are. She was rude to boot. Something's wrong with this place. Red flags, and no thanks.

My experience with RehabOne has been one of the best. The people in the front answering the telephones are always very kind and polite. I have always been able to get my questions answered in a timely manner. The psychiatrist that I have had the pleasure of speaking to is one of the best. He has been very patient and understanding of the issues I am currently dealing with. I feel comfortable with everyone there and would refer family and foe to this treatment facility.

I met Dr. Samarth in April 2019 after an industrial injury to my spine and a tear in my leg muscle in Jan. after three failed Dr.'s. She was so good to me and tried her best to advocate for me. She was no match for Pagge Wall at TRISTAR RISK MANAGEMENT. Soon Fujimoto took over and finding specialists or reading QME reports became bothersome. That lavish physical therapy room? Empty every time I visited his Los Gatos office. He did send me to an in-house psychologist. It was underwhelming.
My heart goes out to the office staff, D. and M ., I wish ya'll the best I really do.

Dr Balaban has helped me in a big way over the course of my treatment. My mental state is challenged however as getting through to any of your office staff by phone or email has proven to be impossible. It is as though the stress of not being able to connect with staff at Rehab one has cause a relapse in my mental state. So if you really strive to give the best level of care you will do something about how patients can have a means of being able to connect with staff. I would be more then happy to assist in anyway I can and look forward to a better experience in this area.

Every time I call, I have to be placed on hold for 10 min or they never answer the phone. They don't respond back which I've been waiting for 2 weeks after my insurance approved for therapy and then when I do talk to them, they don't know what I'm talking about.

The most awful place I have ever been. They never ever respond your call and the staff are not respectful and responsive to the patients’ needs at all. Receptionists act like they are sitting at their home on a couch and watching TV. I never recommend this place to anybody because you’ll definitely waste your time. It is hard to believe that nowadays such places still exist.

They only accept patients for psychologist if you need pain management.
I was also wrongfully advised my mother needed a referral with Medicare. Ah I think someone needs to be trained.

This review is for RehabOne appointment scheduling. What a joke. There is no way to get an appointment with this Company. At all costs, save yourself grief and go somewhere else.

I went to my appointment RehabOne appointment in Los Gatos while in extreme pain, would have cancelled due to the severity of the pain but was told that I needed to get my 3rd Synvisc injection one week from the last one. I knew I was running a few minutes late, so called to let them know, but no one answered the phone (which is typical). By the time I literally limped in, I was 14 minutes late. They cancelled my appointment because I was 4 minutes past their 10-minute policy. No one working there had any compassion, not the front desk staff, not the office manager, when I asked to speak with Dr

UPDATE REVIEW: I rescind my earlier positive statement for the doctor. I told him in no uncertain terms that I was in so much pain last week during our appointment that I couldn't eat or put on jeans because my neck, shoulders, & back were in so much pain and I was overwhelmed with pain to the point of nausea and migraine. I was crying in his waiting room & office with that pain. He told me that I was wrong, his staff haven't been delaying my treatment for two months because 'they've been there a long time so they know their job.' What?! I offered phone records

I want to start by saying Dr. Fujimoto is a 6 stars in a the yelp 5 star rating.

This review is however for Spine One, not Rehab One. This is one of few places that is willing to take workmen's comp cases since the state decimated the system under Schwarzenegger. The doctors and clinicians are very caring and do their best to provide great care.

Due to their volume, sometimes getting through on the telephone is a challenge and some staff don't return calls and scheduling appointments can be a challenge.

The staff is caring and knowledgable. If you have an injury and are dealing with pain, this is the place to go. Dr. Fujimoto is a dedicated doctor and his staff of professionals look at and treat the big picture of pain. They cover topics such as pain cycle, nutrition, and treatment styles.

I would recommend my family to them

Dr Fujimoto is great! He listens, he cares.
The rest of the entire operation is terrible! Need to speak to a person? Too bad, you cant even leave a VM because the machine is full??? It takes days sometimes weeks until they get back to you if you can leave a message. Very VERY unprofessional office!

I went to RehabOne in San Jose for a Workers Comp QME where I was seen by Dr Kaisler-Meza. So far I have seen him twice (and because he didn't let the insurance claims adjuster push him) I will see him again in the future. I feel he is definitely looking out for me and wants to help me get the care I need to get better. Unfortunately he is not my regular Dr. only my QME and he is over an hour away from me.
Sounds like RehabOne has some really good dr.'s on board. I am so Thankful I picked him!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Fujimoto and he alone gets 5 stars. He listens, is thorough, and he cares! After 2 years of going nowhere with my old work comp doctor, I found Dr. Fujimoto through a "shhhh, I didn't say this but....." referral. He has a great bedside manner and explains not only the what and why of your injury but also the steps as to how to HEAL it not just treat the symptoms. Such a nice change! (I cried a little when I left because someone actually LISTENED!) Dr. F has also agreed to take me late so I didn't have to wait to see him. Just such a kind man.
So why not

I was never actually treated here, my review is based on TRYING to get an appointment. I was diagnosed with a herniated disc and told to start physical therapy. After several unreturned phone calls, I finally got a live person on the phone. She asked for all of my benefits information, which I gave her, but drew the line when she asked for my social security number over the phone (!!). 4 weeks later I finally got a phone call to schedule an appointment. Needless to say, when I didn't hear back from them after a week I found another physical rehabilitation facility which I am very happy with

This is an awesome place for injured workers to learn how to manage pain and get much needed support from a great staff and other clients. I recently completed about 40 days of services and learned so much about my injuries and how to control flare ups, the cycle of pain and so much much. They take a whole person teaching approach teaching everything from mindfulness to strength training to vocational counseling to nutrition. If you're an injured worker on workers comp this is the place for you, they will help you get back in the groove of life again.

My father is so fond of Zuag Yang, the Physician Assistant at this office, he asked me to write a review of her.

I am writing this review on his behalf, he is reciting this aloud as I type:

Zuag is a breath of fresh air to the Rehab office. She is very helpful and always works out any problems that arise. She truly understands how to work with customers in such a friendly manner. She is very thorough in all of her responsibilities. She is a wonderful asset to this office.
