The lack of restful sleep can affect your ability to carry out daily responsibilities because you are too tired or have trouble concentrating. All types of insomnia can lead to daytime drowsiness, poor concentration, and the inability to feel refreshed and rested in the morning. Most adults do best with about 8 hours of sleep each night until age 60, after which 6 hours may be enough.
Like other people with depression, fibromyalgia patients often experience a loss of interest in their favorite activities and feel lonely, tired, and sad. Depression makes the pain worse and causes lots of fatigue and functional disability in fibromyalgia patients, aE says Roland Staud, MD, professor of medicine, division of rheumatology and clinical immunology at the University of Florida in Gainesville.
As a functional medicine doctor, I start by looking for the cause of the headache. Functional medicine, after all, is medicine by cause, not by symptom. I want to discover the underlying trigger of the headache. In my experience, and after seeing and treating hundreds of patients, I've learned the root cause of chronic headaches is not the head!

Oh my god!! I can't say anything enough for Dr.Jadali I've been seeing him for a few months and every time I want to leave a review for him and his wonderful staff but then I say to my self wait and don't write something on rush. He's very knowledgeable, honest, smart, he navigates what ever you have to reach the root. I've seen a lot of doctors the last two years I didn't feel comfortable or have been taken seriously except him he's very caring he treats you as a friend and spent a lot of time with you explaining everything in details. The last two months I was a mess after I did a procedure in
