I’ve needed PT off and on for many years. I was lucky enough to discover Impact Therapy early on. Nancy Causton has been my therapist after every surgery, and when I needed therapy for other reasons. She’s a powerhouse of knowledge and guidance in a very encouraging manner. The staff, especially Kim, is always professional, and proactive in enabling me to be covered by my insurance, and get appointments when I need them. Impact feels like home to me, and has made a big difference in my health for many years.

Andy put a lot of effort and insight into helping me not only understand the mechanical nature of my problem, but to rewire my relationship with the pain, which still appears occasionally, in my back. The result is a form of confidence with moving my body that I haven't felt in 20 years. I'm now focused on strengthening, and I have a lot of work to do, but I now understand the road ahead and have been able to undermine the insidious fear that has kept me and my body locked in an adversarial relationship for far too long.

This place has been nothing but amazing! I was at tuality physical therapy for almost a year and nothing they did even compares to the help I’ve gotten here in just the last couple weeks! I shatter both bones in my shin last year April, it was a compound fracture and I had two rods and 4 screws put in, I’ve had another surgery since but trouble walking and with pain since the beginning. I’m only 20 and it’s been extremely difficult but they are helping me get back to my normal active life and I couldn’t be more thankful!

I went to Impact with knee and shoulder pain issues and the experience has been great. They are patient and dive deep to understand the background of the issue and then provide customized therapy. I worked with Laura who is fantastic, knowledgeable and always sharing tips that you can incorporate in your daily life to over come the injuries.

While living in California, my doctor had recommended a regimen of physical therapy for a particular health issue I was having. My first encounter with a physical therapist was not a very positive experience. I was set loose in a big room with lots of exercise equipment and mostly ignored. Consequently, when I moved to Oregon and my doctor recommended a round of physical therapy for another health issue, my expectations were low. At Impact Physical Therapy of Hillsboro, I had a completely different experience from the one I had in California. The staff was very attentive during the 45 minute sessions

Excellence in diagnosing & explaining. After years of physical therapy, I am really impressed with Laura Perry, PT, DPT, CSCS. She listened, developed a plan, and thoroughly explained what caused the problems (with a spine) and how the exercises were changing my spinal alignment! It was amazing to understand, see and feel the difference before/after completing exercises. Then she gave clearly instructions for at-home "homework". Very impressed and thankful for her expertise. Oh! And the front office staff showed excellence in choosing the PT person for my needs. I am really thrilled with this office
