Stride Strong Physical Therapy's philosophy is to give our patients the service that they deserve. This means delivering the time to attend to every one of our patients' needs - from healthcare and physical therapy services to insurance and billing. We hold a very high priority with each of our patients to educate them about their condition.
If you are a youth, collegiate, elite, or professional athlete, when you are injured, you need a physical therapist with experience rehabilitating sports-related injuries. Athletes place higher demands on the muscles and joints and also require sport-specific training to recover speed, power, and agility.
Surgeons routinely refer post-surgical patients to our physical therapists to help them recover strength, function and mobility. Our therapists provide one-on-one, evidence-based physical therapy treatment sessions to help facilitate your recovery and return to activities of daily living (ADLs), work, recreational activities and even competitive sports.
Manual therapy is a hands-on treatment by clinicians to treat muscle aches, joint pain, and limited range of motion. It encompasses a variety of techniques including soft tissue mobilization and massage of muscles, specific joint mobilization, and joint manipulation. Soft tissue mobilization and massage works on the skin, muscle and fascia layers for optimum soft tissue mobility.
Stride Strong Physical Therapy offers an array of services for the injured worker and employer. We focus on preventing re-injury, minimizing work injury related costs, and maximizing productivity. All too often we've seen workers get injured on the job because of improper gear, poor body mechanics, or accidents and injuries that could have been completely preventable.

I've gone to Stride Strong for therapy four times the last ten years and only one time it didn't completely cure me. The people working here are very professional and know their stuff. Their diagnoses and treatments have been spot on every time. This last time Caitlyn helped me with a case of shoulder/arm nerver pain where it felt like someone was whacking my funny bone around the clock. By making me aware of bad posture , and using muscle and tissue stimulations combined with stretches and strengthening exercises I'm now completely pain free.

I went to Stride Strong after having my son. My whole body felt out of wack. My physical therapist Caitlin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in working with me towards my goal of less pain and returning to my regular exercise routine. I will absolutely go back when I need more physical therapy.

Best PT place I have had!💥 The facility is bright, clean and very roomy. The stuff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Background workout music provides great positive energy and raises motivation to do your best. I had a great experience working with Caitlin, she created a very effective custom program to address my pain. After a couple weeks my issue was resolved. Robi is a total pro at Stride strong Hillsboro; I was referred for shoulder pain and Robi recognized it was related to muscle tension in my upper neck. His treatment was 100% effective and I've been without any tension or pain for weeks now. And Rachel at the front desk was awesome too, with reminder a call that helped prevent a missed appointment that I totally appreciated. The whole Stride Strong Team is great and I am back working, training and living pain-free.

My therapist is Katie Finn. I followed her from a different facility to Stride Strong. Katie is by far the best PT I have ever had. I have been using PT for almost 37 years (serious issues in military and other issues after getting out). Katie gets results and that is what I am looking for. Alice (the owner) is caring and competent. Ben and Brian are friendly and also seem to very good (Alice wouldn't keep them if they weren't). Lisa (the receptionist) is always happy to see everyone with a bright and cheerful demeanor. I highly recommend Stride Strong.

Andrew and the team at Stride Strong enabled me to run a marathon after a case of runner's knee.
I decided to give Stride Strong a shot in July because the physical trainers at Intel were booked about a month ahead of time and I needed to figure out how to recover from a bad case of runner's knee. Andrew was able to see me quickly and helped me add a regime of exercise that would allow me to recover from my injury, run my marathon in October, and (hopefully) prevent it from happening again in the future.
