Used NM Private Car Service for transport from O'Hare to Chicago university area and a week later to Midway. Arrived 2 hours late and had to wait for more than 2 hours to get through customs, and Neil just patiently waited for us. The trip itself also took over an hour due to traffic, but no extra costs were charged (we did decide to pay extra apart from the usual tip). Also trip to Midway was very pleasant. Very professional, very friendly, so in one word: recommended! Apologies to Neil for writing this review two years late.

We used NM Private Car Service to get from our wedding ceremony venue to our reception. Our driver was incredibly professional and courteous, and the vehicle was comfortable and clean. Neil was great to work with in terms of sorting out details in advance via email and phone. They were also reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Neil is a very good all around nice on time driver I have personally used him I don't travel much but if you do I would definitely recommend using him.
