Eddie was fantastic. I had talked to 3 other agents and all of them came in low on my home value. I called Eddie and he came out to look at he property and talk to me and came up with a price was more than I expected and he was able to sell the home for what he priced it for. I can't say enough positive words about Brian Hall and Necole Simmons. I was selling a house that needed a lot of work from the other side of the country and always felt I was in great hands.
