We contracted to sell our house with Sam in Bon Air. We had mostly moved out of the house and moved 800 miles away. Sam took care of everything and kept us in the loop for a seamless sale. We had multiple offers within a few days and closed within a month. Sam was very hands on and took care of everything prior, during and after the sale. He was so proactive and we never wondered where we were in the process. I cannot recommend Sam enough. His communication was stellar; both timely and knowledgeable. He took his time explaining the processes as well as asking my many questions along the way. He is very knowledgeable about the home buying and selling process, as I had his help with both. Sam is hard working, friendly, personable and great at his craft. When we called Sam, it was after getting a VERY disappointing suggested sale price from another realtor. Sam told us he could do a lot better, and he absolutely did. There was nothing he did not have a hand in-- yard work, small repairs, cleaning and hauling, hunting down appliances, and coordinating what seems to be an army of support specialists that he has formed great relationships with. Just moved into the perfect house in July thanks to Sam. He spent an entire year helping my fiancé and I find a home even during this COVID mess. We had very little understanding of the market and being first time home buyers, were pretty unsure of how everything worked. We had a terrific experience working with Sam on buying our home. We were moving from out of state, and due to Covid had limited ability to come to Richmond and see things in person. Sam provided detailed video walkthroughs of every property we were interested in, as well as great advice during the negotiation process. Sam is a honest, fair and most importantly, an agent who constantly communicated with us during the sale of our house.
