One of the biggest reasons we feel ready to re-open is we have invested in a Molekule Air Purifier for our studio space. Molekule's proprietary technology, Photo Electrochemical Oxidation (PECO), works at the molecular level to destroy pollutants & disease in the air. We're confident this new feature will allow us all to breathe happy & worry-free.
Services
Kaya Yoga Remedy is recognized for it's passion, community impact, and exceptional educational curriculum. From yoga teacher trainings, introductory classes, pose clinics, and developmental programs; we strive to offer foundational knowledge to help you live with more strength, vitality, and clarity.
The meaning of "Kaya" in Sanskrit is 'the physical body'. It is of Japanese, Zulu, Turkish, Hopi and Hindi origin. There are also teachings of The Three Kayas in Buddhism. It is often used as a girls name in many different cultures. For us it holds a special place in our hearts. Kaya was our first fur baby (yes, I mean our dog), she is the sole reason we walked down the path of yoga, transformation, and of course health, & wellness.
We like our yoga warm and depending on the class it can get really warm. However, we do not currently offer "hot" yoga. Not to worry, however; yogis will still get an impressive sweat going! If you are attending an early morning class or later evening class don't forget to wear layers. In the winter it can be chilly until your body starts moving.
Welcome to the Kaya Remedy Yoga Studio- we are so glad you've decided to try us out! This is a non-competitive environment which encourages personal focus on your own body and individual progress on the mat. Everyone can practice, and no two practices are ever the same. We offer classes that accommodate all levels of ability, if you're new to yoga we recommend our Yoga 101 classes.
If you're new to the studio, come join us for 30 days of yoga for just $39! Sign up within the final week of your trial to get a special discount of only $79 for your first month of an unlimited membership! If you're going out of town, debilitated with an injury etc. & are unable to make use of your membership, just let our front desk know or email us at info@kayayogaremedy.com with your first & last name & the details regarding your situation.

All of the instructors are very friendly, and have slightly different styles. The class schedule varies each day so it's easy to find a class that fits into your schedule.

Underground Yoga is amazing. A combination of spirituality with yoga practice that is refreshing. I was new to yoga when I started coming and they have a great starter class set for three weeks that is very reasonable. It teaches the core basics and for me I absolutely needed it. I would refer this studio to new and experienced people. It really is changing my life in how I work with my body and in a spiritual aspect that I have been looking for. An absolute 5 star place.

This is my favorite kind of place to be a yogini... simple, beautiful and with lots of attention to detail. The owners are creating a wonderful community feel and supporting those who love yoga with more than just mat practices.
