To backup Judi Ps sentiment. As a group of fellow Navy wives who cherished a wonderful friend, we are sickened by the lack of effort put into the arrangement we asked for. We wanted it to represent the respect we had for her and the family. It was a huge disappointment. We get the lack of help with Covid situation, but if you couldn't do a job just say so....

If I could give 0 stars, I would!! NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED!
This shop was recommended for a custom arrangement for a dear friend's funeral (the group of friends paying are scattered across the country). I was "GUARANTEED" it'd be spectacular & special. It was not. I have every conversation via text & asked to see the progress (got none), plus photos BEFORE delivered to the church, in case of changes. Nope. I called at 3pm the day before services, only to be told by 1 employee it was the last arrangement of the day & being finished up. Received 2 photos minutes later

I ordered online.
Payment and description confirmed.
HOWEVER...
No delivery confirmation.
When I called the shop. No one could answer if the flowers were received.
Told me they had to call back.
An hour later. Someone called back and said they left they flowers on my mother's front porch! No phone call to be certain someone was home.
I even left my phone number to call me if they had a delivery issue.
Now, a day later and I have no idea where the flowers are.
Not to mention. The management made us feel like we were bothering them!
Now I have to rush around and get another gift

My husband and I have patronized this shop for years, and they always provide great service and beautiful flowers, including a last-minute corsage or two over the years.
This year Gray sent me a dozen roses at my office for Valentine's Day. How sweet :)
Unfortunately the flowers arrived very late in the day and looked like they had spent the day in the van. A couple were droopy and several petals were falling off or dry looking. These roses were past their prime and not what one would expect when paying such a dear price. I realize that Valentine's Day is a peak time, but I would think

This flower shop has been in business for as long as I can remember but after my previous Oder from them I have no idea how they are in business. What I asked for was not set all what was delivered, the card was misspelled, and it was delivered on the wrong day! I called and spoke with the manager they said we will make this right, they sent another arrangement on the proper date but it was a complete joke .. Looked like they picked it up from publix ! Will never order from them again. Ps- the manager said they also receive the orders from 1-800-flowers so if we're you I would not not use

I live out of state near Lake Tahoe and realized a gift I sent my parents would never arrive on their Anniversary. I called Mrs. D's Flower late in the day and explained my problem. I told Mrs. D, I needed the flowers delivered that day!!!! I didn't tell her what kind of flowers or arrangement..just that I needed something delivered right away. I was expecting her to say no, it was too late....but she said "Don't worry, I have the perfect arrangement!" I thought I would have to pay an arm and a leg....but it was only $59 after taxes. I ordered flowers from them based on a friend's recomendation. I used to use Kabloom which I loved. I used Mrs. D twice. I live in the Northern US and my gal is in Lakeland, so it is hard to measure these things over the phone. I wanted a local florist touch, not the 1800 flowers machine. The first order was beautiful, lasted only 6 days (which may be my gal's fault) and they had a hard time giving me a quote. Given that it somewhat worked I used it a second time - they botched the order up and the price was on par with 1800 flowers/generic big delivery machine service. i thought
