I was able to call and order a last-minute delivery and the woman I spoke with, (unfortunately I did not catch her name), was so very nice. She was able to accommodate my last minute request and even do same day delivery. She described the flowers to me so that I would be able to have an idea of what they would look like. Very good customer service!

No need to look for any other florist! A Heavenly Scent far exceeded our expectations! Being from Pittsburgh, PA, I searched online for a great florist in Winter Haven, FL, to send flowers to my mom for Mother's Day down there. What she got was EXACTLY what was pictured online, and it is absolutely beautiful! My mom keeps texting us pictures and said she can't wait every morning to go out and see them and that she can't remember any time she has been so impressed. Also, Michelle and the staff are friendly and helpful. I had to change the wording on the card after I placed the order and they pleasantly

New to the area and googled a florist and came here. I was looking for a bouquet for my daughter in law who just had a baby boy. The woman behind the counter didn't really have anything at the time, but was working on an arrangement. She told me she could add some things to it if I waited about 5 minutes. The bouquet came out real nice and I was very pleased with the customer service I received. Will definitely come back.
