I am so disappointed. I moved here just a little over a month ago and was so excited. While moving in asked if we could hang a TV on the wall. Was told sure, they had changed their policies two years ago. What I was not told was that the wall where the cable was coming from had a gas pipe in it. While installing the TV, pierced the pipe and now I received a letter from their ATTORNEY telling me I have to pay for the damage. No price given. How on earth would I know there was a gas pipe there. Just another greedy landlord. We could have been killed and all they care about is the $$ Just a shame

I see they scrubbed my review on Google so I will leave another one. Do not rent here. I returned my keys and keyfob in the security box when I moved out. Took a video of me putting it in the drop box so I would have proof I gave them back. And they still tried to extort money from us by saying we never gave them back. They will find an excuse to keep your security deposit. They just added charges for damages on the apartment, but would not specify what damages were allegedly made. Good luck enjoying the amenities because they all shut down at 10pm. If you are using them pass 10pm you can expect

Be very careful of this place. I had a flood in my apartment 14 days before Christmas and they left me with no electric and no kitchen for 6 days then put be in another apartment that was never thoroughly cleaned now that I moved out they are charging me $1883 of my security deposit for damages ( specifically a stain in the carpet) another part is the poor guy upstairs that caused the flood they made him pay over $10,000 to repair my old apartment but what they did instead is hire a maintenance worker and his 4 kids and told them if they give him the bigger apartment for his family they want him

I've lived here for almost 5 months now and have waited to post a review. I love my apartment. From the layout, to the amenities, and the community itself, I am very satisfied. I think they did a great job with clean up of over 20 inches of snow. Maintenance is so prompt on calls they get to you within hours. Walls are thick enough not to hear daily activities. (You do hear occasion thuds and bangs but we are talking about an apartment complex.) Everyone one I have come in contact with seemed very nice. My bills are dirt cheap, which I would say has to do with built construction. Overall the extra
