I’ve been living at the Morgan’s Bluffs for a few years now and I have nothing but good things to say about my living experience. The property is well maintained by extremely communicative and dedicated management. The management goes above and beyond to make sure their residents are satisfied and stress free. The amenities the property has to over are endless and well worth the price. I never plan on living anywhere else but the Morgan’s Bluffs!!!!

If you've ever enjoyed the pleasure of NYC apartment hunting, including the insane brokers fees or losing out on that 350 sq foot studio with a leaky roof because Chad from NYU had his parents locked in 5 minutes ago, then you're going to hate the ease of moving into Morgan's Bluff.

I mean, its just too easy.

*Amazon locker in the club house
*24/7 (save during covid) gym
*Community pool
*Central Heat/ AC
*Island kitchens
*Rent is 1/3 less than in the City

Yep, its a real bummer living here. And to those who say the walls are "paper thin", you've never lived

If your thinking about calling and asking for information don't even bother. They are rude with an attitude for no reason. If they pick up the phone like that I can't imagine how they treat you when living there. My coworker used to live here and ended her lease early because of the lack of service and how thin the walls were. I'm sure she can go on about it but whatever don't bother.

Been living here since Dec 2016. The area is safe and quiet, and I haven't had any major issues with management except - one month my check bounced and they started eviction procedures immediately even though I paid rent and late fee. Weird. I have lived in another luxury complex in the area and all of them require tenant to take trash to the dumpsters themselves. Also, if you rent anywhere in this area and expect your full security back you're dreamin. These corporations find a reason to take as much as they can and this complex is just like anywhere else. And there are no elevators because it

My husband and I were one of the first couples to move into this apartment. We have been here for almost 4 years. When we first saw Morgan’s bluff we loved it, it was very clean, people that lived here were nice, and staff was friendly. Our continuing journey here has been nothing but a nightmare, where do I start? Irene (who uses to be management) messed up our billing for Jcpl and pseg . She was getting the bills delivered to her office and putting them aside, and not telling us we had to pay them. To make the long story short one night in winter we came home to no electric, Irene told the

WoW, I was Considering moving here do to convince only but after all the reviews I've read, NO Thanks, Management here really needs to listen to their talents and get it together before everyone moves out and not back in. I Love my landlords they are the best, if I have any problems with anything it's taken cared of Immediately, like day of or the next. I have my own parking spot, washer & dryer and even I storage unit that's pretty huge and we have 3 different loc that you can walk to in 15 sec to drop your garage off. You never no how good you got it till you don't anymore. I rather drive the

I moved out 10/28/18 still have not received my security deposit and today is 12/20/18 they also tried deducting $613 from my deposit for prorated rent when I moved out on time. Good thing I saved my receipts to show them it was a mistake. Accouting errors have happened to me 2 other times while living here.
On 11/14 our check was supposedly mailed to us but delivered to the wrong address called on 12/5/18 said I didn’t receive my deposit they said they would put a stop payment on the original check and send another check. Stop payment was never done. Brought to our attention on 12/6/18 the

I've lived here for about a year and a half and I have no complaints whatsoever. The sound insulation from neighbors is great, as it feels like no one is next to me. Everything in the apartment has continued to work fine, and when I've needed maintenance for questions I've had they arrived very quickly. I don't know how people can complain about carrying garbage down to the bins. From its furthest it is probably only a 90 second walk - but for some reason people lazily drive their garbage there. They keep the grounds looking very nice, there's always parking, it's safe, quiet, and I don't plan

Do not move here!!!
you can hear everything, it sounds like king kong lives above me, in the morning i can hear people brushing their teeth, real life. oh and here is the kicker you can literally hear everyone having conversations. the doors are paper thin as well so if you want to know what your nieghbor is watching just open your door and you can hear everything, worst place by far.

These apartments are well-built and well-insulated. Very little noise can be heard from neighbors.
It's like living in a peaceful little village. Everyone is friendly, and parking is abundant. Never an issue with that.
As someone mentioned, it is a little annoying that we have to walk all the way to the dumpster for trash removal, but that's just #firstworldproblems.
The staff is friendly, but sometimes forgetful. Very accommodating in person, though.

I'm happy I moved to this community. The staff is phenomenal, neighbors seem nice. I love not having to go anywhere to jump in the pool.
