Polito’s did an outstanding job with all of the many funeral pieces for our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Ordered an arrangement for a dear friend's retirement. Asked for hydrangeas to be added (they are significant to us) and they weren't in the arrangement. These flowers were NOT cheap (even with a $15 coupon), but this was a life event to be celebrated, so I got the top of the line. When I got a thank you picture, I was so embarrassed. I had ordered the 'best' category, (at the highest price of course) and the flowers were skimpy and nothing like the lush arrangement ordered. When I called Politos Florist to discuss, the owner wasn't there. Peter called back and left a msg that if I had a problem

Me and my wife walked in a couple weeks ago not knowing a thing trying to plan my fathers funeral. The staff greeted us immediately and guided us. While seated looking through their book of casket spreads the owner came over and further helped us. I am very grateful for choosing them and they did an amazing job...the flowers looked so nice ...Thank you for everything

Flowers were okay. I called them after my sons services to get an address to send a thank you card for an arrangement we received. The name on the card of the BUSINESS was unfamiliar and the directory service couldn't identify them either. I called Marge's and the person assured me that I would receive a call from a gentleman to help me. I wasn't called back so I can't even thank the sender. I feel the failure to call me was unprofessional!

I have been using Marge Polito Florist for many many years. They did the flowers for my wedding 17yrs ago, and for any other event that I needed flowers for years after. My family also uses them. I will not use any other florist as they are the best. I have never had a problem with cost or quality. And attitude has been nothing but great. They make what you want. We recently lost a wrestler from our club, beyond sad and the arrangement we ordered from them was gorgeous and set right next to him. Thank you for everything.
