"The stress of Law School and Covid was getting my daughter down so I searched and found Coleman online. I asked them to put something fun in the arrangement and they found the perfect thing. I placed the order on line from PA in the evening and by the next afternoon my daughter had her surprise. Great Service and attention to detail!

Stopped in on my way home to buy a dish garden for my wife. They had a nice selection and everything was fresh, fresh, fresh! Found one I liked and when I went to the counter they offered to put a colored ribbon on it for free. So, I took them up on the offer. The whole process took less than ten minutes. We are lucky to have this iconic florist within a mile of our home, right on East Genesee St.

Everything was exactly as shown on their website. I ordered pizza box candy heart and cookies for my grandchildren. They loved them. The cookies are $2.39 each and you have to order one at a time. The plant also was exactly as shown. Thanks to Coleman’s they had the right combination of gifts and prices. I will order again.

3 days before delivery I called and ordered 3 stems of stargazer lilies (big very fragrant white and purple blooms) plus roses. Patty took my order and told me the cost including delivery was $100. I got a confirmation email for $18, had to call Patty back. She refunded the $18 mistakenly overcharged. 3 days later the flowers showed up on time, but they sent pink asiatic lilies, which have no scent, not the stargazers I specified. It's a nice bouquet, but if they were honest and told me they didn't have stargazers, I could've ordered from someone else. Very disappointing.

I needed to order flowers for my wife's birthday. My normal florist ( Sam Rao's / Fairmount) was closed during Covid. I searched around the Greater CNY area and found inly Coleman's Florist open. Having never ordered from them and knowing nothing about them I took a chance. I ordered a dish garden with fresh flowers and said a prayer hoping the order would be proper. When the order arrived for my wife's birthday I was TOTALLY DELIGHTED. Wonderful, fantastic, great, superior and just pleased beyond belief. I live in Ohio and wanted a special arrangement for my best friend's birthday. I chose the 1000 Designers Choice arrangement which I upgraded to $75 (the total spent was just under $100!) When my friend texted me the picture my heart sank and I was actually embarrassed at how ordinary the arrangement was. From what I could tell there were 3 roses, alstroemeria, and some carnations. For $100?? I felt so ripped off!

I ordered flowers for my Sister who recently lost her grandfather. This close to the holiday season I wasn't expecting a same day delivery but the flowers were at her house within 6 hours of placing my order. I ordered online because I'm out of state and the flowers my sister received looked just like the picture. I found the pricing to be very reasonable and the arrangement was beautiful and delivered so quickly. Highly recommended

I live 3,000 miles away and phoned my order in.
Plant was $45 and tax and delivery was an extra $14.
My Mother had just moved to a senior home, across the street from this florist.
I asked for something colorful to cheer up her room.
Green plant, green pot, grey/green straw, a few yellow flowers and a dull yellow bow did not achieve color or cheerfulness.
They did deliver on time.

Recently visited Coleman Florist on my trip to the Northeast. The shop is very nice and I was impressed with the selection of flowers. I was glad I had spotted this shop on my travels. The shop also had many other cute items for purchase that made my gift giving very easy. Stop in and take a look. You will not be disappointed! My tax preparer was SO delighted with the flowers I sent her via Coleman's that she called me and wrote me two email thank you's afterward as the flowers were gorgeous and long lasting. It was simple to order by phone, and the arrangement arrived on time. Even though it was a small order, we got five-star treatment.

Terrible customer service. Completely disorganized and unwilling to accept responsibility for their mistakes. We gave them several chances to make things right but they refused to address the issues, or to be kind and helpful in any way. We have choices as consumers, I would never choose them again.
