Omg I have been using this florist for years. As I bought a house in the neighborhood 11 years ago. May it be just a fresh bunch of flowers to have on the table or that special occasion. Always welcoming, always beautiful, and great prices. I still cant tell the twin sisters apart who have worked here for years but both are amazing.

Recently my mother passed away, and I sat down with Frank Brice to plan all the flowers. He listened to my requests, and offered several suggestions based on his years of experience. The results were magnificent! His coordination of color, shape, and size was exceptional!

Almost 4 years ago, Frank did our flowers for our wedding and they were stunning. Again this year, he put his heart and talent into an absolutely gorgeous arrangement for my grandfather’s funeral services that were from my two cousins and myself. Frank is a great listener and has always been respectful, even when I popped in last minute adjustments! When everyone else’s suppliers were unable to get the flowers we wanted for the service due to the hurricane, somehow they managed to still get them in same day. This business is truly a gem in CNY!

I am absolutely disgusted by the way, I was treated on the phone by Frank the owner. Frank the owner did not put the correct names on the "From" card when he sent the floral arrangement , instead of putting the two names I requested. He NEVER apologized only argued the issue of what he deemed to be the short of my full name "JAC" instead of what I wanted JAX and also the other name should of been Milan' NOT Loren. I also, wanted Orange, WHITE and Pink for an arrangement for a death of a pet. He put Orange, Pink and yellow. Again, what he felt NOT what the customer wanted. Only an argument not an

Horrible customer service! I went to this florist for a wedding consultation and the guy who gave me the consultation was rude, entitled and bossy. When I showed him photos for inspiration, he told me in a chastising tone that I needed to go home and do some homework about my ceremony venue. He said that I needed to get permission from my church to put flowers on the altar without even knowing that we already had prior approval from the church. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Frank is a genius!! He created the most stunning florals for my micro wedding at my parents' home. With short notice (only two weeks!) and an uncertain weather forecast, Frank and his team made my wedding dreams come true. Originally the ceremony was supposed to take place outside, but the morning of the wedding we decided the weather was too bad and everything had to be moved indoors. Wonderful and kind service, beautiful selection.
We went to three florists closer to home and walked away feeling like we were asking too much to have them politely consider and discuss prom corsages. Is there so little money in this that they don't want our business, we wondered. Hmm. Remembered driving by Brice years ago and traveled there only to be thrilled we did. We will be back for next year's ball! Great experience.
