Since 1995 we have established ourselves as the premiere service center for laser printers, inkjets, large format inkjets, plotters, pc copy machines, faxes, scanners, computers and networking. From a single unit repairs to full maintenance service contracts, we do it all, we do it right and we do it on-site.
We are the premier printer repair center in Sonoma County for on-site printer repair as well as depot repair. Service call answered in 4hrs or less. Our factory trained technicians are able to diagnosis and make repairs on-site and if repairs cannot be done on-site we can provide a loaner printer until repairs can be completed.
Our technicians are qualified to troubleshoot and make repairs and upgrades on-site. Normally within 24 hours of your call we can be on-site to diagnose any problems. If parts are needed we can order them and make repairs within 48 hours, quicker if parts are in stock at our warehouse. Apple iMac, Macbook, Macbook Pro, Macbook Air, Mac Mini and Power Mac repair, upgrade with all OS support.
From the beginning we have promoted the Sonoma County Reuse & Recycle as well as the HP Planet Partners Programs. We have collected thousands of pounds of toner cartridges, computers, printers, fax machines and copiers. By utilizing our services for toner cartridges and repairs, our customer can be assured that they are doing their part to keep these things out of our landfills.

They are extremely helpful and kind experts. Michael set up a large, complicated network of computers at my house. He was patient with me and clearly communicated his strategy, reasoning, and its required time/cost. I highly recommend this local business to anyone in need of tech help, ESPECIALLY if you're looking for someone kind, patient, and personable.
A fun side note - his office is filled with fascinating sea photos and artwork! As a fellow ocean lover, it was fun to chit chat with him about his experience diving along the Sonoma Coast.

I've been a customer of this business for several years and have been completely satisfied. The owner, Michael, is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and reasonable. Although I live an hour away from Sebastopol, I would rather bring my printer here than to any of the other printer repair businesses I have used during the past 20 years, most of which have been very expensive. Highly recommended

Has taken good care of all our apple products thru the past decade. has always been, fast, reliable and sincerely honest. Has been our techie for both our personal and business offices always with excellent service and expert and timely knowledge. Our only regret is that our office machines do not break down often enough to be able to get to see Micheal on a regular weekly basis like we do most of our other service providers and vendors, (yeah he is that good and reasonable enough to wish that).
