Besides each other, perhaps the only thing Norma and Eric Stall have had a longer relationship with is jewelry. This year the couple's store, Stall Jewelers, celebrates its 39th anniversary. Through three locations and almost three decades, the business has thrived in Northwest Austin. Even as big diamond outlets move in around them, Stall sits securely in its niche as a home to original, high-quality jewelry.
Stall sells a range of jewelry including charms, chains, watches and rings, but their specialty is custom-made pieces. Norma doesn't need to ask customers what style of jewelry they're looking for. She analyzes them like a palm reader, observing how they sit, what they wear, their style and personality.

Norma made all my engagement ring dreams come true! We had a beautiful family ring that we wanted to rework into something a bit smaller and use the diamonds for multiple pieces or jewelry. They did a beautiful job and were very transparent throughout the process. Our family has been going to Norma for years and will continue to!

I've been to the store twice, one for my girlfriend's promise ring and then yesterday for her engagement ring. Both times the woman that work there where polite and friendly. They where very welcoming to me. They helped me and my girlfriend out the first time to look and pick out the promise ring that she liked. The second it was just me but helped me pick out the engagement ring she would like. They remembered what she like and helped me pick out the right ring for her.

I originally bought my center stone in San José, Mexico in October 2019. On Christmas Eve my ring got accidentally stepped on and broken. I took my broken ring to Stall Jewelers to see if they could fix it. I was also dying to find out if the stone we purchased in Mexico was a real stone or glass made to look real. It turned out my stone was a rare color changing sapphire! Stall Jewelers remade my wedding ring using the diamonds from an old diamond ring I had and the center stone from Mexico. Me and Norma worked together to create the shape and style that I wanted. She sent me several mock up

I just want to say I haven't been to your store but the review from the customer that brought he "LOUD" 4 yr old into the store needs to realize that is no place for a loud 4 yr old. People that are shopping and those that work in the store really dont want that distraction because you have an unruly child. Do everyone a fave in and working in the store a huge face and leave your bratty kids at home with a family member or sitter. My daughter is 15 but when she was little I could take her anywhere and never worry about getting negative feedback about my daughter and her behavior because I taught

Was in the store a week ago and got great customer service. I was looking at a number of pieces and the owner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I never felt rushed and pressured. I had a small repair simple silver clasp on chain they told me it would be ready in a week I came back in mid-afternoon they looked at me like deer in headlights.They had not even begun the repair they put a solder on clasp that I provided no no no I said its supposed to be silver. I don't know what I got it looks like steel to me no receipt no nothing, You try to give business to small shops and you get poor customer service!! Disappointing!!

I recently visited Stall Jewelers in Round Rock, TX because of an unfortunate gardening accident that claimed my solitaire. From the moment I walked in I KNEW this was my new jeweler and could throw all the other cards away from other jewelry stores I visited (plus online stores contacts). Norma was delightful and guided me to the perfect replacement ring. Insurance took a few weeks to pay and Norma didn't pressure me into down payments, etc. Her husband Eric did a fantastic job sizing my ring wrap to match my new ring. Stall Jewelers is the place! I'm so happy I found them! They go the extra mile when working with their clients. They are helpful but not pushy. They have quality pieces with reasonable pricing. Norma is so knowledgable. I have several of their jewelry pieces. I just received my wedding ring that was custom designed with Norma's great guidance. I can't say enough....Erick and Norma Stall are the best!

We have been extremely satisfied and very pleased each time we visit their store. No matter who helps us, they are all knowledgeable and professional. Last year we had taken a watch to another Jeweler in Georgetown and they told us it would be over $100 to repair the watch. I took it to Stall and they immediately inspected and repaired the watch. They found it only needed a battery, it was a $10 repair!!
The watch works perfectly.

The insanity continues....
Just to be fair, I did not pay for the repairs to my watch, which they rubbed in my face over and over when I picked it up....
So I walk in and the first thing the elderly woman behind the counter says was "you're the man that wrote bad things about us on the internet." I advised that was true, and she immediately called me a liar, stating she never told me the watch was out of warranty, but that it was not covered. I explained that she indeed did say it was out of warranty, at which time the elderly gentleman behind the counter chimed in and called me

My wife recommended I go here after she took my watch in for a band repair and battery change, they cleaned her ring while she waited. I recently got a new watch and took it there for sizing the wristrap and dropped my wife's ring off to have the prongs worked on (she said her ring was snagging on things)
They adjusted my watch in a few minutes and took the ring for a few days to build up the prongs. My wife loved the work they did and how her ring sparkled. Great local jeweler!

Wow, what an awful experience. I went in a few minutes ago to see about an engagement ring. I was not greeted when I walked in. Their selection of engagement rings was very small. Finally an older lady asked me if she could help me. I said I was looking for an engagement ring. She pointed at the stand and walked away. When she came back she asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I said that I was interested in getting a pre-owned or lab engineered stone, but not a new stone. She laughed AT ME, and said "Think about it, all stones are pre-owned. They don't custom make the stones
