Our Four C's of Diamonds guide can help you decide on the most important factors when shopping for a diamond. The word carat derives from the word carob, a Mediterranean seed, which has an extremely consistent weight for measuring. The greater the carat weight, the rarer, and more valuable the diamond becomes.

I cannot say enough how wonderful of an experience we had at The Ring. My then boyfriend and I were looking a several ring stores that day and were met with salespeople that prejudged us and showed little interest in showing us rings (we think this must have been because of our casual attire and ages). They would either heavily push payment plans and cheap rings, or give us no service or education on the process at all. Jeanette at The Ring treated us with respect and zero judgement. The customer service and selection there are great! They are unique in a sense that you are able to comfortably walk around and try on all of the rings in the store without having to ask for it to be taken out of the glass case. They offer good warranties and free ring cleaning for life. The experiences I have had with The Ring Austin has been exceptional.

I had my wedding band and ring soldered together here and they were incredibly kind and helpful. The cost was surprisingly really great and the result turned out beautiful! I’m glad I happened to walk by and get a price quote. Definitely would recommend this place—very trustworthy and respectful.

My wife and I purchased my wedding ring from here a few years ago. I love the ring and the quality of it. The reason why I give this a 3/5 is because of the service provided by the employees that work there. I'm not sure if it is because of who I am or what, but I have never been greeted or nicely helped when I've gone there, be it to purchase my ring or to come back for a cleaning or even to look at purchasing more jewelry. Love the quality...hate the service...

The ring made my ring dreams come true! I had a dream in mind and didn't know where to go. I am so glad I found the ring. Shannon in round rock helped us and she was a jewel, haha. My ring is very important for many reasons. We used four small diamonds from my grandmas ring and the small diamonds from my original ring for the band. (This is an upgrade). Shannon was able to do all of this customization in house for me. My ring setting had also never been done in an emerald cut, Shannon was very patient and purchased several diamonds for me to choose from. I can not recommend The Ring enough

I was them approached with knowledge and openness. Trying to find the ring took me some time, but they found the right one for me. Spent about an hour just letting me be picky.
Finally able to customize my ring to what I wanted.
Also - I was able to get a lab grown diamond without being guilt-tripped.
Felt like I wasn't being sold.

We walked in just 30 min before closing to get an idea of what we'd like as an engagement ring. Didn't plan on spending much time just wanted a quick look. David was sooo helpful, knowledgeable, and a fun personality to shop with. We didn't feel rushed at all and have already said we will be coming back to get the ring from him. We've searched around quite a bit but our experience here was by far the best. Thanks for having such great customer service!

People don't talk about grief a lot. It sucks. And I wanted my loved one as close to me as I could have him. The Ring made me feel important the moment I stepped into the store. They spoke to me like knowledgeable compassionate human beings. I'm tremedously grateful for that and the spectacular timely work they did on my necklace. Absoutley the best Jewelry shop I have been to in Austin. The customer service is A+. They are so friendly and informative and not pushy at all.
Ryland helped me out on my visit here today. She is super sweet and very educated on jewelry. She actually went to school in California where I am from.
She informed me that everyone who works here has their degree in jewelry.

This place is AMAZING! First off, Stephanie (who I'm assuming is part owner?) is incredible at her job! When my now husband and I were just in the looking phase of engagement ring shopping and seeing what I like, Stephanie took my input and showed me rings that were better than I even imagined. When every other jeweler failed, The Ring by Gold Gals stepped up to the challenge and exceeded my expectations. I was searching for a perfect Ametrine stone to make into a custom ring to match my Ametrine necklace. An Ametrine is a naturally blended Amethyst & Citrine and it's very hard to find one with bold colors and a perfect line in the middle where the two colors meet. I have worked with jeweler after jeweler since 1999 and every company had either a low quality stone or insisted on adding settings around the stone that were too cluttered.

Once again, the best customer service from any business I've ever come across. Stephanie & Valerie have gone far beyond normal service to help me. I took both my engagement ring and wedding band to get worked on at other main stream jewelry store. It was returned looking horribly! I was so upset and shocked that they returned my rings to me in poor quality.
I returned to 'The Ring' with my dilemma. Without any hesitation, they took on the challenge.
